you mean the horse,well the one is mine or i should say ours and even though i live in the country the property isnt big enough for a horse so iam boarding her close to home

I went from child to adult on a farm (that I still own). There were (and still are) several horses on it. My father was way into horses.

I live about 150 miles from the old home place now, but I get back with my rifle quite often. My cousin, a retired teacher, runs the place for me now. I am a non-retired teacher.

No I dont compete any more,I did for only a few short years in my Twentys but was never really good at it -so now its just for Pleasure and once a year or so we get together for a little outing.

Perhaps you were better than you thought. It has been my discovery that, generally, we are our own worst critics. That observation rarely includes children; particularly boys.

Another observation (I'm old) is that we, generally, excel in those activities we enjoy the most; provided, of course, life doesn't get in the way, and it usually does.

I teach adolescent children Science and English. Over the years, I have taught a plethora of children that felt there was very little need to study since they were going to be wealthy professional athletes.

I teach in a large school district (20,000 students) and of those "I'm gonna be a professional athlete" kids, only three have made the varsity high school team. None have even been considered for pro sports.

I'll stop rambling now, but I am really enjoying my new Canadian friends; I need to make a trip up that way soon. What are your pot laws?

wow, very interesting,sounds like you need someone to have a conversation with
i never given a chance to smoke pot -but as far as i know they dont charge you
with minor possesion- they were going to make the laws more liberal but with a new pm and pressure from the "us" all that went down the drain.

OK, not only am I old; I'm an old pot-head. I've been smoking pot for about 40 years, and my wife of thirty-three years smokes more than I. We never allow it to influence our professional or public lives.
