I’m so old I remember…

Dude, you gotta put your head UNDER the desk for that little piece of wood to protect you from tons of debris.

which is why no one ever played a game. after spending 5 mins setting it up for a play, then watching them spin in circles for 3 mins...you gave up and went looking for firecrackers to blow the players up with.
Lol...you place the 2 corners on a quarter forcing the movement in one direction

I'm so old I remember playing with Mattels Hot Wheels, seeing who's car would get to the end of the track first. Now middle aged men collect them all, every variation, never to be removed from their packing for fear of rendering them uncollectable and worthless. I've heard of guys with SEVERAL THOUSAND!. I'm not sure what to make of this phenomenon other than to feel a little privileged to have actually played with them as nature intended.

63M.....is it that time already??

well, this should make you feel better, here are young people who have taken playing with hotweels to a new level and turned it into a money making enterprise...

The race set ups these guys do are spectacular, the commentary on the races is even better.

I remember my first grade class (lived at ground zero, the DC suburbs) our duck and cover location was outside, up against a block retaining wall....that made no sense to me, even at 6 or 7.
