I usually wake up around that time too. And start to think about the day ahead and what happened the day before.

But I can usually fall back asleep within half an hour. If not I just get up grab my phone and hit the recliner and start my day.

Yes, I'm rather ignoring the time difference, because taking 5 or 6 hours off that... no, I don't want to think about it...

6 for me and the Central folks, but 5 for the Eastern folks.

Mine was extra long- I certainly didn’t expect my morning nap would go past noon. Guess I needed some extra sleep this weekend.

I believe we are better when we stick to routines but occasionally it doesn’t hurt if we go of course once in a while.
