LOL. Mine's 3.2 beer. That's what they serve to the military. It takes three ounces of beer to equal an ounce of wine.

So, approximately, 12.8 ounces of beer equals the 4ounces of wine I just drank? Sounds normal to me. Is that different in some way from regular beer?

That's the norm. A can of beer is a glass of wine is a shot of liquor. But, naturally, you can have higher or lower alcohol levels in all three categories.

Well, yes, for the beer authorized for military sales outlets. Most commercial beers have a higher alcohol content than the 3.2% authorized by the military, 6% to 9%, and some imports are higher still (11%) I believe.
