If Ketenji Brown Jackson is an extremist and is unqualified, - and I'm not saying she is or isn't! What does that make Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett? All four are even less qualified, and have repeatedly demonstrated a complete disregard for the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Particularly Thomas.

A Supreme Court Justice should be non-partisan, non-activist, and non-biased. They should uphold the Constitution, and the separation of powers, and the Bill of Rights and should not be beholden to either a conservative or a liberal ideology. In particular, they should not give a president carte blanche to violate the law or the Constitution.

If you think that Jackson fails in that regard, then I would argue the majority of the current court fails in that regard as well. ESPECIALLY Thomas, who in all honesty, ought to be removed from the court on these very grounds.
