I know I will regret this..................

Nearly 4am

Well the 'patient' here is nodding off finally ........ So I think I will as well. How am I doing with the Dom 'styling' Eye Candy huh. Not so sure about the photo of Nick Cage sure we can find something better . I am being fairly deliberate in choosing B & W Imagery and Actors for now because both assist in a portrayl of 'charisma' which visually exhibts power, emotion and often pathos . Porno shots of 'Dom' just don't cut it with me. quote me as 'ick' on that........laughs/yawns.

Most of these guys do not strike me as attractive. If I were to meet them, their charisma might draw me in but from a pic alone, no dice.

Now this guy is so far up my alley it's not even funny. I love Bandaras but when I saw Mambo Kings he seemed like a child next to Assante. I wanted Assante BAD! He seemed just the right amount of bad and powerful. YUM!

Oh and Orlando Bloom, please, he is a child. I saw him in a movie, Troy playing Paris. He looked like a gay child. I was like Helen (a waif blonde, wtf?) wanted to fuck him why? Hector his bro was more what I had pictured as Paris. *purrs remembering Hector* Well there were a LOT of miscast parts in that movie. The casting director should be shot.

I agree. Orlando Bloom is too pretty for me, too. And he's not even a talented actor!

Teenage girls adore him though. My daughter and her friends.... omgeeeee......

Is he talented? Don't know. But I thought he was mighty pretty in a good way in LOTR.
He was fun in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Now. Eomer. Karl Urban. I've liked him since he was Cupid in Xena. Mmmm.

Sorry to chirp in late, but I'm not on so much now.

ETA: Can anyone explain to me why I thought Christian Bale was in House as the cancer doctor? I was trying to figure out how he could have changed so much.

You do know I love You :rose: Miss Fury :rose: , I am sure we need a thread on why we all love you. . Quite challenging to surpass honesty and generousity as highlights of someones character.........smiles

I think its fantastic that you find all of my choices with exception of 'wanted Assante BAD' as inattractive. I was kind of naive when I posted them , I calmly thought well these gentlemen ARE IT. Its not even like I was expecting a rousing applaud just as if I gave a reliable answer to a question nothing more. Then here comes :rose: Miss Fury :rose: ..........laughs.......I think it rocks your desires in imagery are emulated quite differently.

I was speaking to a woman recently . She was rather upset she had no Dominant in her life. Almost 'any' Dominant. I don't know if I helped , I was like whoaaaaaaaa , the right One , not any One and trust me the wrong One you never want. Not sure if I helped at all, her 'desire' was chronic. So I guess how in a way this comes back to your comments :rose: Miss Fury :rose: is that you know who or what motivates you and the honestly to articulate it. Its a gift to have the personal power to remain not only self preserving but also discerning in your choices don't you think ?

Great photographs, Rebecca. Thanks for posting them!

'Eye Candy' is such a subjective thing. On the one hand, I can see why you picked every one of those shots. (I absolutely agree that the portrayal of power, emotion, and pathos are the key elements of an erotic Domly image.)

On the other hand, for me, some quirks just can't be overcome when viewing an image. For example, smoking is a huge turn-off, so that rules out a lot of otherwise fine images (from my perspective).

The only one in that series that I personally would consider eye candy is the Bale shot - which is absolutely fantastic. I just love the expression on his face.

And just between us girls, Rebecca.... though I don't really like Mr. Cage's pose, I find his eyes and his chin and especially his body hair to be EXCEEDINGLY attractive...... Very masculine... mmmm....

Thanks again,
Alice

All fair points, Brioche. Part of my problem in finding Bloom attractive is clearly the fact that he is so much younger than I am (17 years younger, to be specific!). That makes it hard for me view him in a Domly or erotic way.

Hello Miss Brioche, wondered where you have been . Figured you must be working too much for Lit time or something. How did the kids cereal craft go ?

I just had a minute search in google on House but it only stated the immediate crew. It is interesting that Bale could go from American Psycho to Oncologist, if only for the reason I thought he may have type cast himself in the movie, really his version of controlled insanity was superb. Do we need to put another Karl Urban picture up for you..........ohhh think Alice was hinting at posting some .

:nana: YAY YAY YUMMY YAY I get to 'keep' ALL the Domly Ones Eyecandy to myself so far :nana:

Interesting you mentioned smoking Alice, it doesn't bother me , I actually like a good albeit panatella sized cigar (6 1/2 inches by 28 ring gauge) myself on occasion and when on holidays every evening. I love cigar rooms , sexy places, leather , order , quality. I made a training video for correct service and presentation of cigars a few years ago, that was major fun.........smiles. Ohhh I am off track , I didn't choose the photos because smoking was involved perhaps it 'lends' to black and white imagery more than other genre , it does I admit though in hindsite 'suggest' power to me however , particularily in the case of cigars. Hmmmn case of cigars............ :D

The kids cereal craft went great, everybody loves the starfish, we're doing it again with dinos after the Break. Then we're doing it with THREE cereals, the rest of the fruit loops, some Quik cereal that I never ate, and honeycomb. And paint too. We also made some very cool fish with multicoloured scales. They glued on the scales and only two kids followed the example I gave, so you know theirs are just fucking adorable with scales all over the place. Speaking of fish, I am setting up an aquarium after the Break too.
That's exactly why I haven't been on. The little buggers are tiring. But at least it makes the weight loss easier. My pants from August are way baggy, so I'm down at least two sizes, maybe more :nana: .
The kids are so cute. Whenever I present them with my mock-up, I tell them to write their name on the back and they point out, "You're name's not on the back, Miss *brioche*!" And of course I have to stop the lesson right there to write my name on the back. One the kids was so happy with the fish activity she said, "Miss *brioche,* you're my best friend in the whole world!"
And I have a kid from England who has the cutest accent.
I'm tired as hell but I love every minute of it deep down.
And then I send them home and go home. Well, after hours of work.
No, Bale doesn't appear to be it, and yet I could swear I saw his name...I dunno. I guess I'm just crazy. But I'm sure my brother said it was Bale too...I dunno.

If anyone has Karl Urban shirtless, especially as Cupid back on Xena, that would rock.

I am a bit pressed for time this afternoon, Miss Rebecca, so for now I'll just leave one image for your collection.

How about a vintage Dom.....

http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e16/alice_emerging/yulbryner.jpg

I'm not really a fan of musicals, but I loved the combination of power and vulnerability in Yul Bryner as the King.

And how's this for a submissive's ballad.....

This is a man who thinks with his heart,
His heart is not always wise.

This is a man who stumbles and falls,
But this is a man who tries.

This is a man you'll forgive and forgive,
And help protect, as long as you live.

He will not always say
What you would have him say,

But now and then he'll say
Something Wonderful.

He has a thousand dreams
That won't come true,

You know that he believes in them
And that's enough for you.

You'll always go along,
Defend him when he's wrong,

And tell him when he's strong
He is Wonderful.

He'll always need your love
And so he'll get your love.

A man who needs your love
Can be Wonderful.

Ohhhh.... Miss Rebecca! I'm sure I would be inspired if I saw that training video! :)

They are very, VERY phallic, I'll grant you that!

I am off for chauffeur duty. Talk to you later,

I am running late, but will try to explain quickly.

I opened an account at photobucket.com (free).

After you upload the image, you will see 3 different rectangles below it. Just copy the entire contents of the "IMG" line, and paste it into your post.

LOL about the nipple. You're right!

Sorry Miss Rebecca!

I wasn't trying to diss your choices.

I'll go through them now. Bono looks like he could be hot but the picture is too dark for me to tell.

Pacino is okay but maybe a little too familiar looking for me. He looks like family.

Nicholson has always pretty much creeped me out. I've never found him attractive though I do enjoy some of his movie roles. I liked him best in Prizzi's Honor and no, I haven't seen The Shining.

DeNiro is a wonderful actor as are most of these guys but I've just never found his looks attractive.

Cage, okay, I have to admit I'd do him. His looks are a bit odd and so is his RL behavior but Yeah he does have some appeal for me. I liked him best in Moonstruck.

I don't know Bale and can't tell that much from this one shot.

Orlando was better looking in that extremely long Pirate movie. I fell asleep about the time I thought the damn thing was ending. Where were the freaking movie editors on that? Still he just looked too youthful and that is not true of all young men believe me.

LOTR is talked about so much I'm sick of it but if I were going to do someone from that movie it would have to be that dirty blond, the ranger/prince, Vitto Morgenson. *purrs*

However that is based mostly on looks. Looks are not what gets me in RL. The few times I've been out with someone I considered HOT, they knew what they looked like and let it go to their heads. Each time they opened their mouths or caught their reflection in a mirror or acted like a stuck up little bitch it pretty much turned me off just a little more.

I once went out with this guy that everyone else thought was hot looking but he wasn't to me. To me he was just okay. He was also a little scary because he looked so young but was older than me. I didn't want to end up with this guy and yes, this will sound vain, who like Dick Clark used to, looked forever young while I aged. Happily he was a problem to be with and though we are still good friends, we married other people. He's ruined his looks with just being messy like Johnny Depp and by eating too much too often.

So most of the guys I've been with and all of the guys I've fucked were not what I would give a second glance to on the street. However their personalities or charisma caught me for whatever reason. As I got to know them, I saw them as more and more attractive until they were my ideal. You know what I mean? Yes, I'm including the bastards here too.

Who do I like? Well there is Billy Zane, Andy Garcia, Dylan McDermott, Steven Bauer back before he married Melanie looked great now he doesn't I wonder what happened. I also like Ken Wahl from his wise guy days, Roy Dupris from La Femme Nikita the tv show, Yul Brynner from back in the day and this guy.

I don't know who he is but dayum! I've used him for an NPC though. Boy have I USED him! *c*

http://groups.msn.com/Clubhouselefa...to&PhotoID=1404

There are many other men of course that I've seen and liked. I just can't remember them right this second.

As for a thread on why everyone loves me, LMAO, I don't think such a thing would get off the ground. *L* Thanks for the kind thoughts though.

In any case, I don't have a problem with other people liking men I don't. I can agree to dissagree.

One more thing, I LOVE you too Miss Rebecca!

Fury :rose:

PS I don't know who Karl Urban is either but he looks way too I sit around in my trailer and drink beer all day for me.
