We agree on so many things, B. Perhaps we'll agree on this too! I'll look for him.

Btw.... one of the sexiest characters in film (Mr. Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean) was practically a cross dresser.

Oh! And then of course there is Tim Curry......

Alice

Yesssss! Tim Curry is a LONG Time Favorite of mine.

Gracious, Miss Fury - you've been busy! I will look for them tomorrow. :rose:

I am off to bed, everybody.

Take care,

Now I've got visions of pirates and cross-dressing men dancing in my head.

It'll be miles before I sleep yet for sure.

Sweet dreams, ladies.

Yeah, Iddie Izzard sends me. I don't think I could watch him live. I'd wet myself or do something embarrassing like stare at him and drool and he'd signal to security to have me removed from the audience.

I saw Eddie Izzard's standup special....all I have to say is I was fucking impressed with his brilliance. By far one of the most intelectual comedians I have ever seen. He doesn't make you laugh, he makes you laugh at yourself and then come back for more.

I don't have anything to say one way or the other about his precieved domliness...I will leave that in ya'lls capable hands.

Bex,

Thanks for the tip -- I knew how to do a link but I wasn't sure it would put the actual wav file right in there. And of course I couldn't test it once I got home. Grrr!
You have quite the popular mailbox btw. ;->

True dat.

I don't know how much of what turns me on about him is magnetism and how much of it is his enormous brain. With a wit like that who cares what's in his pants....or panties?

And it's truly off to the land of Nod for me now.

'night!

The kids cereal craft went great, everybody loves the starfish, we're doing it again with dinos after the Break. Then we're doing it with THREE cereals, the rest of the fruit loops, some Quik cereal that I never ate, and honeycomb. And paint too. We also made some very cool fish with multicoloured scales. They glued on the scales and only two kids followed the example I gave, so you know theirs are just fucking adorable with scales all over the place. Speaking of fish, I am setting up an aquarium after the Break too.
That's exactly why I haven't been on. The little buggers are tiring. But at least it makes the weight loss easier. My pants from August are way baggy, so I'm down at least two sizes, maybe more :nana: .
The kids are so cute. Whenever I present them with my mock-up, I tell them to write their name on the back and they point out, "You're name's not on the back, Miss *brioche*!" And of course I have to stop the lesson right there to write my name on the back. One the kids was so happy with the fish activity she said, "Miss *brioche,* you're my best friend in the whole world!"
And I have a kid from England who has the cutest accent.
I'm tired as hell but I love every minute of it deep down.
And then I send them home and go home. Well, after hours of work.
No, Bale doesn't appear to be it, and yet I could swear I saw his name...I dunno. I guess I'm just crazy. But I'm sure my brother said it was Bale too...I dunno.

If anyone has Karl Urban shirtless, especially as Cupid back on Xena, that would rock.

Sounds like all your effort was worth it Miss Brioche. Must be wonderful working with the little ones. I don't know how you deal with a class though, I am fine in a sandpit with a couple but a whole class oh my.............sounds like your inspiring them thats kind of cool. Hope they don't wear you out though!!!!!!!

Before I get back to the Voice I'll post some pics. I've tried to get two shots of each with a younger and an older so nobody says "Oh, well, maybe if he was more in my age range."

Armand Assanted, Yul Brenner, fuckin' hot.

A big thank you to Rebecca since I'm one of the few people I know who thinks Marlon Brando was as sexually compelling in Don Juan Di Marco as he was in A Streetcar Named Desire. No amount of fat or age could take Brando's power from him. I think his life maybe broke his heart, but there was something essential about Brando that moved me every time I saw him. There was a force about him and to have that at 300lbs in your 60's, with a freakish lifestyle and a career in the toilet, with your best work behind you, a tabloid family and a starring role as a painted freak in a remake of a movie that was awful even when Michael York did it in the 70's, THAT, my friends, is charisma.

Here are a couple of my faves:

Rutger Hauer

Looking a bit like Paul Newman in this youthful picture.

The directness of his gaze hasn't lost a thing since A Soldier of Orange.

Brando exudes power to me in any stage of his career, I remember him in 'On the Waterfront' . Quite difficult to 'suggest' Dom charisma can you imagine if we took the criteria for submissives/slaves and applied that......laughs .......ick

Omigod, yes. Wit is an incredible aphrodisiac.

I also consider a combination of dignity, courage and fundamental decency to be breathtakingly erotic. And for that type of Dom, it's hard to beat this guy.....
