Celest Dryadson and Lynn Dryadson

IC: Lynn: I turn the page paying little attention to the party.

IC: Celest: "If evil is what you seek, you may find your traveling in the wrong direction. I am sure you'll find more evil in the civilized lands. Evil gathers were people are. We are heading deep into nature. I suspect more evil is among those of us on these ships then there is at Greenfawn."

Cedar flew off my hand. "Cedar, my hawk, is an animal. He has no concept of evil or of good. But I can steer his behavior one way or another. Nature is little more then that. It may seem evil or it may seem good, but it is not. I intend to leave nature as unchanged by us as I can."

-he looked to her-"Well you never know what we are to run in to over there but still this caught my attention and wanted to come along it seemed like something that would help me in my knowledge to learn new things-

OOC: The tiefling, the hexblade and the halfling should post now! I am eager to get he story goin! :p

Alaster handed the pipe back to Mag and smiled. "Maybe when we're on land we can discuss more about tobacco with a little more privacy." Maybe some of the others had better accommodations, but Alaster had chosen to sleep low class in the hammocks. He stood from the table, bid everyone goodnight and went up to the deck to get a little more fresh air before going to sleep for the night. Greenfawn was sure to be interesting if nothing else.

IC:Xela downed what was left of her drink in a fraction of the time it took Charles to drink his, then laughed as he coughed from the brew, she didn’t have the heart to tell him that it was weak as far as beer went. “That’s more like it” she said, slapping him on the shoulder as the cabin boy practically materialized between them to refill their drinks.

The two of them kept drinking, and Charles kept talking, Xela occasionally piped in between his slurred ramblings to agree with a point or ask a question, but for the most part, she just listened, years of bar rooms had given her quite the ability to decipher the ramblings of a drunk, and made it so she was barely tipsy herself, even though she was a drink ahead of her drinking partner.

“Serves’im right” she said after a bout of laughter “but it is funny” she sniggered “you got stabbed in the bum” she speared the scrap of roasted tortoise meat with her fork with another snigger “just like that”

Chuckling the paladin nodded. "Aye, id whuz pr'tty f'nny, f'unny but p... p... paenfol... yeah..." He then thought he saw a pink zombie and stood up, his hand blazing with holy light as he tried to cast Smith Evil with his bare hands upon a roasted turkey. "H'ave at theee (hic) evildoing sl'my, roast'd, uh (hic), z'mbo b'rdie thingie!" He then fell back wards with a loud clang as he lost his balance and proclaimed proudly from his position on the floor, his hand pointing up into the sky, just seen above the edge of the table. "I f'ght on! (Hic)"

Meanwhile was the look outs spotting something far ahead, while it was still far away they could see the outlines of mountains in the horizon and they began to shout to the crew that were not feasting. "Land Ohoy!!!! Land ohoy at four days' sailing distance!!!!"

"My lord! We have spotted the land of Greenfawn, it is just four days away!" Came a messenger from the top of the deck, his message brought cheers to the feastivities and the drunk ex-holy warrior shouted out as he managed to stand up. "Exc'llent news! (Hic) Th's c'lls for m're ale!!! (Hic)" Grabbing a tankard he drowned it before he once more fell down onto the floor, and yet again proclaimed proudly as he pointed his finger towards the ceiling, his talking even more slurred. "I f'ght 'n!!"

-He sat there with the Navigator and sighed a bit Soren was glad to hear the good news he looked out among the ocean night still wonderign about this burning entity he saw-

Xela shifted in her seat when the drunken fool beside her started fencing against the food, dismissively mumbling the word lightweight as she took another drink, then chuckling to herself as he fell over.

Her face darkened when the call went out that they still had four days travel time left, the ship was cramped, and there were only so many ways she could torture her pet cabin boy, that troll fight had been a relief, she was hoping that it meant there was land within a day or so.

“Four days?” Xela moaned, taking a long swig of her drink as Charles did the same, shaking her head when he fell again “nooo ya’don’t” she remarked as she pulled herself up to her feet, waving over her cabin boy as she did.

“Get his legs” she ordered, starting to grab Charles by the shoulders “he’s had enough already”

"Well the other ships may make it before us ma'm, but the giant tortoise we are dragging is slowing us down a lot, we and the other ship pulling the tortoise will take twice the time it would normally take to reach the shores." The crewmate explained while Charles stood up, woobily, but without the cabin boy's support, as the poor lad couldn't life the former paladin even without his armor, years of training had built up his muscles well.

He seemed to be adaptign to the beer as he was a bit more clear headed and spoke up in not a slurry voice but in more of a dumb voice, apparently he had gone from slurry dumb drunk to dumb drunk. "That damn tortoise should be made stew... oh wait... we already made stew out of it..." He then looked lost in thought and then turned into fascination as he looekd at Xela's bum. "Wow Xela, you got a tail! That's so hot..." And he said it with a straight face and no blushing, and since he's a virgi nwith no experience of flirting ,the conclusion is, he's drunk down to his socks.'

The cabin boy tried to keep him steady, sweating heavily from trying to support the paladin. "W-where should I take him ma'am?"

-Soren sighed he began singing a soft song one he sang to keep him self at peace in side-"Shine lunar moon make me feel whole again make this clouds of night become the morning clouds of might....shine solar energy make this life flow through me make me wonder what its like to keep that warmth inside.....Shine Water drop make me feel the refreshing lot the coolness of the water drop make me live in side....Shine red harvest moon the peace of the world the life of old make me feel shine above in the night let me see them."

As soren stood by the edge of the ship there was an uncertain sensation in the air, almost like... a danger nearby. The air of the sea smelled of salt and dead tortoise as the big corpse of the turtle was dragged alongside the ships. An almost unnatural wind bellowing from the skies as if trying to shift his eye's sight towards something.

OOC: Roll for Listen and/or Spot.

[Roll for Listen - 10+5=15 ] [Roll for Spot - 9+8=17]

-soren stoped what he was doing he slowly got up and just peered out over the ship and then began roaming around the ship but lookign at the surrounding areas outside the ship something wasnt right at all-
