ok, I am very bored. I usually go to bed about 12:30 every night, go straight to sleep and get up at 6 for work. Now, i have to stay up all night and I have realized that there is Nothing to do at this time of night! How depressing.

if you watch tv after midnight you dont see anyone you recognize...except for the law and order reruns

lol my tv shows mainly infomercials at this point, so I am avoiding that. Not to mention sitting in front of the tv will put me to sleep for sure lol.

hehehe, finding an addictive video game and turning the clock around usually works for me if I ever want to stay up all night

That works, except for the clock thing, which is probably why I'm so bored...I have to watch it.

interesting problem...staying up is NOT the problem for me....sleeping is.

I do go through stages where i cant sleep at all, though my record is three days and the biggest reason I went to sleep then was because i was bored lol. But my son's sick tonight, to the point I have to keep checking on him, so I dont have the choice, even though I am not in an insomnia phase.

Our heat went out, and i had to check on our wood stove all night once (it was around 30 below, so keeping the house warm was a must!) and i found the fact that i had something very important to do kept me up, even though i was very sleepy and had to go to work at five the next morning.

I know that feeling, something that important is a great motivator...I am more bored than tired, think I shall go play a game for a bit to kill some time.

Uncle Roscoe forget your posse. We have a field mouse in the kitchen (food and warmth) we've put food three times on the trap but he is too smart. So now I stay awake hoping it won't make it into my bedroom!!!

Perhaps next time try peanut butter on the trap...mice love it, but they cant pick it up and carry it away, almost invariably getting caught as they try to lick it off (cheaper than good cheese lol)

We tried peanut butter and the little bugger licked the whole thing off. And we tried peanut butter with cheese inside and he still ate the thing. So we place the cheese a little further up the trap and voila it was caught.

wow...smart mouse lol. but, alls well that ends well I suppose. as for that ketchup concept...I have had strange things to eat before, but I somehow doubt ketchup would make it taste good...might need barbeque sauce to do it right lol.

lol how true. Wonder if it too tastes just like chicken.

Personally, i cannot tell you...but i can tell you that moose tastes pretty much like very lean hamburger, caribou has a livery taste, which is not all that bad, even though i do not like liver, and bear is like no meat i have ever eaten.

had all of those and would have to agree with your taste assessment. Adding to the list, elk has a very strong taste, not unpleasant, but it is definitely wild gamey meat. Rabbit is actually the only one I've found that tastes a lot like chicken, but there again, it depends on the way its prepared.
