I rule out nothing with Trump, and half the point of knowing Epstein was Epstein's well-known kinks. Harvey Weinstein everybody also knew about but he wasn't into the whole group situation as far as I remember, or procuring for others.

What Epstein and Weinstein have in common though is they let their victims know in no uncertain terms how many very powerful people that they knew. Knowing the former president of the United States makes it pretty clear that any potential victim was not likely to be believed. It hasn't come out whether Epstein had use that as leverage but Weinstein definitely did.
