Heatwave, twice. That is, two bursts of three shots each. He's just fired the second one after Velocity spoke to G.R.I.D. and Gar, to make sure they've seen it.

They're not strictly flares as much as streams of fiery energy from his heat gun, but they accomplish the same thing.

They were fired after he got there, but outside the dome so Static wouldn't have seen them.

That is an important question.

I think that it conforms to the surface of the Earth.

But given the weight and force of the dome, unless you dig deep into the bedrock, any burrows you dig as a mole or rabbit would immediately collapse.

It's worth noting, though no characters would have seen this yet except GRID on his run around the dome, that the river is still flowing.

You and Var should connect about whether Gar and Rae have seen each other before, or have a history. Raven mentioned knowing a Garfield before, but if he hasn't been a Titan yet in this timeline, maybe that Garfield wasn't you.

Would have been fun if Velocity had Flash's experience. She could have gone drill bit underneath and saved a lot of hassle.

In my post I will plead guilty about claiming to know about the river. If Zet wants to, he can say that it is still flowing, otherwise Aussie can have Velocity go check. How deep is this river? Just want to know how big a fish can fit underneath the dome and the riverbed.

Also been thinking, if the dome is thus heavy, should the weight not also start to impact the banks of the river? Slowly blocking it up and so cause another problem to deal with?

Well he has not been a Titan, that means she should not know him per se. BUT she could have met a young Garfield at a different time and place. Perhaps just after or before his radiation treatment.

Also I have been wondering, since Garfield (the cat) is only drawn or CGI, what is the chances of Garfield (BB) turning into a similar cat with the talking ability?

The other Titans could still have formed the Titans group, but since I altered the background a bit to make Beast Boy older and thus make him viable for the new Justice League. That is why this version was not a Titan.

I probably should have added in the Bio that his guardian used him for nefarious deeds...

I've intentionally kept it vague who is and isn't and was and wasn't a Titan so we could all figure it out together as we go.

Here's, I think, what we know so far:

Cyborg was a Titan before he joined The League.

Ruby and Kaldur are both Titans and New Leaguers.

Raven is a Titan. Beast Boy has not been.

Static was a Titan as you know, but left on good terms.

Each of the Robins have been a Titan, at least I'm assuming Damian was-- Tim Drake is currently using a Batman "Beyond" persona.

Tim, the Kon-El Superboy, Wally "Kid Flash" West, and Starfire, all Titans, are presently on a mission to Santa Prisca that overlaps with the current main plot.

I don't believe that Donna Troy or Cassie Sandsmark exist in this world, so no Wonder Girl-- just Karan on The New League.

Presumably there's a Speedy/Arsenal/Red Arrow involved with The Titans or formerly involved in some capacity, be it Roy, Mia, Thea, or even Cissie or Artemis.

In OOC, Aussie and I decided that Ray "The Atom" Palmer is a Titan in this version of events, a former teen hero now grown up.

It's been suggested that The Titans mentor younger up and coming heroes, these could be the current *Teen* Titans whereas the now-adults are just Titans?

Jessica "Teen Lantern" Cruz would be one of these mentees.

Titans West will form after this arc, with Captain Marvel, Silver Bullet, and possibly Zatanna as members.

I leave it up to you how flexible you want Gar's ability to be a talking animal to be. If he can maintain control of his shifting (consciously or instinctively) such that he can give himself human vocal apparatus in various animal forms, that's fine. Otherwise he would have to teach himself how to use each animal's existing vocalizations to produce English words on a case by case basis, essentially teaching himself how to talk all over again in all of those different forms-- not unlike having to learn dozens of different languages.

However you want to play it!

Legend did hint that the original Titans disbanded and reformed at some point, and over the years there could have been a lot of roster turnover.

So do y'all plan to come over to Kiz and the Rogues and hang out for awhile or should I move on? I ask because it went from "hey should we go over" to "hey lets burrow under the dome." It's fine if you are going to try your own way in. I don't mind waiting a while more if you do plan to get over to Kiz as well, but if you don't plan to, then I'll move on.

I'm pretty sure the consensus will be to come investigate the flares. But the characters need to get there on their own.

Well I can speak for BB

He'd want some guys who can take out the Megasaurs, a blue whale might just get Chas a tick under the eye since it is the only animal I can logically think of who is strong and heavy enough to take them out.

Well if Garfield was truly tapped into the Red I'd just have barged in a go Smackdown in Donkey Kong or even King Kong fashion. But as is, he is firing on a quart loaded gun with barely enough knowledge to keep him alive, much less be a hero.

So kiz to answer you, BB would like to meet up, most likely in a... Hummingbird form!!!!
