Also Chass, you and Var have been doing a great job so far. Had me feeling worried about how to deal with the Ajarkar/Ajarjar/Big guys, but we managed to work it out and along with your writing skills it's been a blast so far.

I was just going to have nightwing appear whereever they meet up where every they regroup at. no need to scoop him up.

Mon-El (M'onel!) came to Earth first from Krypton or Daxam depending on continuity.

Then he spends a thousand years in The Phantom Zone (or The Stasis Zone) to be freed in The 30th (or 31st) Century and become part of The Legion. At least according to various comics continuities.

So this could well be Mon-El pre-LSH, leading into that part of his life?

Then again, Berlanti and company are really good at remixing these things so it could go any direction!

kiz, Kiz is so wiped that he can't even raise a hand to touch Glider's very pretty cheek. Does he have a way to recoup his energies, or do you need him to sit out the final battle? There's dramatic possibilities either way and it might lend veritas and gravitas and balance to his sacrifice if he's temporarily sidelined, but neither do I want to deny you the chance to mix it up summore.

Yeah i'm a little torn myself. I do believe everything should be done at a cost. It just tends to make for a cool story. But I'd be pretty bored if I wasn't able to write on this thread for a few months.

There's a few things at play in my head. One thing is that Kiz is sure whoever is behind this is watching them all, so he isn't in a hurry to show off. And might be playing things up a bit. Second, if you'll indulge me with a metaphor...its like a fire hose in that it doesn't matter how much water in is in the tank, only so much water can go through the hose at a time. Which is why I've tried to balance out how much stuff can be out at any given time. Third, since I peg Kiz around or above a Kryptonian / Solar Exlated in power level, he can recharge when in proximity to his power-up element, which since its the Void is a bit odd...But in Exalted they have a few vehicles to charge up. For him, since he has no "RL Element" its more like just chilling out and meditating. In Buddhism, the goal is emptiness to an extent, so I viewed it sort of like that. So he doesn't have an active recharge option, but his passive recharge rate is higher. I could go into more details, as its related to the stuff in Demon's Punish and 2 other related stories I'm working on. Fourth, since he's not motivated to overextend himself unless Lisa (which is really hard) or Rose are in mortal danger, he's not likely to go Super Sayan, as he always expects a more powerful foe to emerge when its least convienent so he's usually most worried about managing his downside risk. Which are many convienent reasons to be a powerful badass but also to try and not overshadow everyone else either. Or go too much into the I Am Not Left Handed. It's a fine balancing act.

My plan was to have him limp along with the Glider / Lasher staff. I wanted to bring back out Elivágar, because it's developed into a much cooler weapon than the Lasher Staff so far...although in my head I always have Kiz teleporting around attacking with the Lasher Staff. I think the Lasher Staff is just a really decent all around weapon/ability set to have out, especially when really taxed like he is now.

Not sure if it is obvious or not what's going on behind the scenes to be taxing Kiz, but I'd planned on explaining it later during the wrap up of this arc. It seemed to fit better from a story perspective. A little twist.
