I think I asked this before, but if it's just Kobra and LT sitting in the middle of the bridge above the river, I assume Aquaman has the first attack?

Is the river powering all the technical stuff? Can Aquaman just divert the river? The Towns are empty except for the enemy at this point...

Yeah I was thinking ranged salvo either Kaldur River with Karan Laser and Rider Hellfire amen maybe Static Lighting for a LOTR encore of Superheated Elctrified Vapor.... And whatever Velocity can do in a millisecond or so before it all lands.

Send another detail lead by night wing to sabotage whatever machinery is being fed by the river. Perhaps the Rogues and Raven if she isn't needed to maintain Rose panic shield.

Need to disable enemy teleport and potentially shield capabilities. Also verify thier isn't a "self destruct" planned for if Kobra fails. I'm thinking a Snow crash nuclear bomb tied to Kobra heart beat or neural activity.

Aussie, forgive me, you may have misconstrued the intended powers of the obsidian arrows. Rather than shattering their target with an icy grip, the arrows themselves shatter into lots of minuscule fragmented shards of volcanic glass, deadlier than dust from asbestos brake-pads.

But given that they're magical in nature and Connor has his secret Zen archery ability, I can still see that successfully taking down an Ajagar, especially if the Ajagar breathes it in and it shreds his lungs from the inside out-- Ajagar have big lungs and need a lot of air to function.

Ah I see. I will edit that in my post then. I will have the Ajagar die in such a way to represent that and then have Connor work it out from that.

His shot against the Lieutenant would still be viable of course. Both of them have their faces uncovered so an arrow like that could be effective.

Yeah, Tertius? It's Rose beside Gar, not Carin/Velocity. Though admittedly they have similar color schemes.

Rider, no, because the aspect of Heaven/Hell she/it comes from is vibrationally attuned to this particular Earth. The Presence governs over 52 pages of The Book and its appendices, but does not always share every morsel of Their awareness with all of Their Host.

Kiz, quite possibly would be aware of other Lantern Corps from other Earths, but would primarily be aware of The Starheart, a magical version of the Green Lantern energy that exists on other Earths, particularly I believe Earth-2 and Earth-13, but I have to check my notes when I get home.

It's important that we don't yet discuss the Anti-Matter Universe.

If Kiz knew about other colors of Lantern or other Earths, it would have been from interacting with beingswho are Multiversally aware. If we said that he had not, then no, all he would know about are The GLC.
