Keri holds Juli's hand tightly as she watches the clouds pass across the azure sky lazily. She sighs as she listens to Juli "I was wondering why you never called. I thought maybe you decided to try going straight or something. She looks at Juli and shakes her head "I didn't actually get married... Krystall wanted to have a union but I told her no." She sighs and looks down at the people below deck. "My low was the week of my graduation from police academy, I was to be graduating and joining the force as a Captain which was a great honor. I went to your parents house to pleade with them to tell you and they gave me a typed letter saying it was from you. Something to the effect of you hated me and wished I was dead...."

Juli held onto Keri's hand tightly. "They wanted to keep us a part or rather my father did. I thought about it ending it all when I was told out you'd married. " She looks shocked. "I'd never say that oh I'm glad I finally stood up for myself and told them off. Why didn't you have the union with Krystall and how did you end up her pet if you'd started out differently?"

Keri looks at Juli and sighs, wanting to hold her and be held by her so badly. "That's another part of my low... I tried to kill myself, I had just gotten my service pistol and drove up the bridge, watched the sun set and wrote a letter requesting that it be sent to you if ever found." She hangs her head "I tried to shoot myself but my gun misfired and hit something else. She was nearby and threatened to say I had tried to kill her unless I agreed to be her pet. She promised to love me though..."

Juli looks around for something to punch then settles for lifting Keri up gently and sitting in the wheel chair then holding Keri gently in her lap. "That bitch she abused you straight off didn't she?"

Keri sighs and snuggles back against Juli, enjoying being near her. She hangs her head more "Yes... I went from tough shit to being worthless in less than a week. The first night she had me she beat me with the cane till I could not stand then called in sick for me. She said that was a warning. Things went from bad to worse with her. Me being a captain on the force put everything at stake, I just kept working out and bulking up, which made me a bigger prize. One night I fould the tape of Angelina being murdered and approached her, she took things too far with me and I wont go into that love. I tried to kill myself just to get some peace and that is when she realized I was indespensible."

Juli snuggled Keri close to her and seethed with anger. "Love she took things to far with you the very first time. Is there any danger of her messing with your job know?" She leaves the other comment alone for the time being. "I guess she got Katelyn after you tried to kill yourself again?"

Keri sighs "Yes, she took things too far the first time. I was out of work for a week after that. I guess she figured she could get me. She kidnapped a 12 year old and had her so scared that she would do anything for Krystall and that was her hook with me, she was going to say that I molested her. I don't think she mess with my job, I took the girl back to her parents during the night one night and told Krystall that she ran away. I was beat for that but it was worth it. I was just so low that I did not have the confidence to leave." She tilts her head a bit and leans into Juli "Yes that is when she found Katelyn, she was broke down on the side of the road and looked as if she had not eaten in several weeks." Keri looks around a bit "I trained Katelyn well so that she would not get punished, and that one night at the dungeon I knew Krystall planned to kill me, she had set up video equipment and pulled up the carpet, there was a drain under the floor."

Juli held onto Keri gently. "oh my sweet love." She shivers a bit. "How in the world did you save yourself that?"

Keri feels Juli's shiver and settles more firmly against her "I didn't.. I didn't care at that point. She ignored safe words she neglected me, didn't allow me to eat. Controlled my bank account. What was the point in living? Then I saw you, I knew you saw me and would be back the following week. When we returned from the dungeon I had a friend place a fake backup call and left for a couple of days. I came back to beat almost lifeless of course and that is why she did the blade play I think. Once again she set up the equipment to make the snuff film. I overheard her talking, some guy was paying her a million dollars to kill me for his fantasies after he raped me." She closes her eyes and swallows hard "You had seen me the one night right?"

Juli shivered again and tightened her hold on Keri gently. "She was stupid to do the blade play in the dungeon. Didn't she think someone would stop her?" Juli kissed the top of Keri's head. "I saw you with her and about died but I also noticed you didn't seem happy. That's why I sent someone else to you to tell you I'd be back the following week."

Keri shakes her head "She doesn't think, that is the whole problem. Her brain is miswired or something." she smiles and leans back more as her head and kissed and the hold on her tightened. She blinks and tries to turn to look at Juli "I never got that message love." She thinks about what was just said "You about died? Why? Did you know her?"

 

[JenJ]

Juli held onto Keri tightly. "Oh oh that might be why she went to far I'm thinking Krystall interecepted your message." She kissed the top of Keri's head wanting to leave alone what else she had said.

Keri snuggles into Juli warmly, just wanting to be with her. She shakes her head a bit "I don't know if she intercepted it or not but she was planning on hurting me for staying gone for several days. She was going to kill me anyways, what did it matter to her?" she pulls one of Juli's hands from around her waist and kisses it softly then reaches into the pocket of her pants and pulls out her senior ring. She places it back on Juli's finger where it had been worn for years then pulls her arms back around her to shield her breasts from being seen by everyone.

Juli snuggled Keri close to her still. "Well you are safe know." She blinked and looked at the ring on her finger. "Oh my sweet love." She reached into her own pocket and got her own senior ring on. She kissed Keri's hand and slide the ring back into it's rightful place glad Keri dropped the thing about her almost dieing upon seeing Keri at the Dungeon with Krystall. She cuddled Keri close just enjoying being with her.

Keri nods and smiles "Yes I am safe now." She smiles at Juli's response and gasps as the ring is slipped back onto her finger "Can you believe that after all these years we still carried our rings in hopes of finding one another?" she leans back against Juli and tilts her head to kiss her cheek.

Juli cuddled Keri close. "Well I didn't carry it around all this time love I had it put away for a long time but got it out after seeing you." She kissed the top of Keri's head soflty.



Kallie squeezed Katie's hand softly. "Lil sis in time you'll need to move on."

Jen looked at Kallie and played with her ring to calm herself. "I can't."

Keri presses into Juli more, sighing softly as her head is kissed. "I never stopped carrying this, Krystall took it away from me and said I was stupid so I found it and hit from her. I think it was the only thing that kept me sane, because I knew that you had worn it"

 

[JenJ]

Juli held onto Keri. "Aw that is so very sweet and no you weren't stupid to carry it. I put mine in my nightstand after your parents told me you had married it hurt to much to carry it around."

Keri lays her head back against Juli's shoulder and lets her cheek rest against Juli's face "I can imagine love." She thinks for a moment "I'm guessing it is lucky that it turned out for us to be together again. I thought you had moved on."

 

[JenJ]

Juli pressed her lips to Keri's cheek softly. "Yes it is love for I'd thought you married yet even thinking that I couldn't move on. Would you believe I haven't been with anyone since I got sent away."

Keri smiles brightly as Juli kisses her cheek. She shivers a bit and giggles at that. "I believe it, I really haven't been with anyone else either. I just couldn't love anyone else, you've been a part of my life since I was 5, no one else could compare to you."

Katelyn's heart falters a bit and the alarm on the machine goes off, though it does not stop beating.

Juli smiled. "I know what you mean Keri. No one could ever compare to you we were ment to be with each other."

Kallie looked at the machine and held onto Katie's hand tightly. "Katie your safe."

Keri tilts her head a bit more and kisses Juli's lips softly before answering "I believe that fully." She blushes a bit "Will you staying in the room with me tonight? In the bed with me please?"

Katelyn continues to struggle a bit, her heart still inflamed her poor weak body fighting off heart failure the best it can.

Juli kissed Keri back softly. "Of course I will my love I had intended too." She heard a code being called. "We best go back in." She got up and sat Keri in the chair again pushing her back into Katie's room.


Kallie held Katelyn close to her. "Katie please please come back to me I can't lose you without getting to know you."

Keri nods and tries to lean back in the chair a bit, sitting very painful for her still. She cries out in horror as they reach Katelyn's room. She tries to get out of the chair but can't with bands of stitches running from one end of her stomach to the other and along her chest. She starts to cry "No Katie, damnit. Don't do this to us. I swear on my own grave that I will make things right and make them pay just hang on please."

Katelyn's respirations slowly down for a bit but the voices calling to her tickle within her causing her to fight to hear what is being said. She hangs on the best she can in her weakness.
