Lessons Learned from Your Toys

Okay, it's short, it's real and it's humorous. lol. I'll edit it and submit it today, so in about 5-7 days (3 if we're really blessed by the Lit Gods) the reason rule #2 was created will be revealed... it is titled:

When It's Hot...STOP!

:D

I keep hearing about glass ones ~ I must say my interest has been piqued. Perhaps I shall start saving my pennies. ;)

I've heard nothing bad about them. I've been warned to be careful with them and to examine them before and after every use. I don't own one ... yet, but I think it will be my next toy purchase. Our adult site has some lovely ones kept under lock and key.

Really? Now see this is why it's good to ask.

I must do more research then. They are very expensive and I would hate to be saddled with something that wasn't up to standard.

i'm sure if oyou ask the other ladies they will tell you how good they are.

save your pennies and then add it to the toy box, lmao

when you get it, you will have to post a review for the ladies who don't have one, lol

That's another question I have! (thx Jasper for reminding me!)

I need a better way to store my goodies. One of my kids found one and asked me "what's this for??"

so, is the rabbit the best toy out there, or is a personal choice whats best.

sometimes it sucks being a guy, the toys out there for us are nasty, so we are left with good old mr hand.
:(

oh well, my imagination more then makes up for that, lol:eek:

As far as I'm concerned, the rabbit IS the best out there. But that's me. I like my other toys too ~ but the rabbit is the one that keeps me on the edge longer. Among other wonderful things it does. ;)

when my g/f still lived at home with her parents and her younger brothers and sister, she kept her toys hiden under the drawer in a chest of drawers (remove the bottom drawer to get at them)

I know that the big concern is cracks, chips, sharp edges, so you definitely want to make sure before you use it that it is still all in one piece. I think you'd feel the difference immediately if something happened while using it. :(

Right now mine are just in my bottom dresser drawer. My kids (so far) don't snoop. Yet... I know they will eventually.

We had to answer a "what's that for" question once already. But not because of our toys.

We were watching an episode of CSI one night and the investigators were at a house party, they had the woman open her dishwasher and there were the rubber covers for various sized dildos. My daughter says "what are all those pill bottles for?"

I'm not one to lie to my kids about sex. I won't go into an over abundance of detail, but I don't want them growing up ignorant or fearful or ashamed, so my spouse starts to say "nevermind" but I stop him and simply tell her "those are sex toys for adults" My daughter makes a face and dropped the subject. See sometimes you just answer the kids question truthfully and they shut up. :D

never thought about that, must be very carefull with the glass ones, maybe a different type would be better. it's a good thing they come in all shapes and sizes. and made out of all different materials, plus there is always your fingers

My kids are still so very young, though. (I was a late bloomer when it came to having kids.) So, I need to be stealth regarding my toys. I'm going to have to invest in one of those "toy chests" places like Good Vibes sells because I don't think I have a drawer in my dresser big enough. :D

well you could always buy more so you could buy a safe place for them, lmfao.

if they are young why not put them in a ow ontop of a wardrobe so they can't reach

I'm short so I need things I can easily reach when DH is away from home. ;)

Red ~ I really need to do an inventory ~ check what I have. Whatever I don't use I need to get rid of.

so it looks like you have to save your pennies for a toy box as well as a glass toy

could always ask santa for it ;)
have you been a good girl this year? lmfao

Don't I have to be a bad girl to get those kinds of gifts from Santa? ;)

My inventory is light. lol

A working rabbit vibe.
A sometimes working flicker clicker (clit toy)
A set of nipple clamps
A working vibrating dildo
His toy but it is in my drawer and I do benefit when he uses it: One cock ring

I think I over counted when I counted my toys earlier. lol

LOL ~ I really need to get into my closet and check things out. Of course, then I'll probably get sidetracked.

nothing wrong with getting side tracked, only way to know if they are in good working condition and needs batteries.

and no, santa will give you those things, you just have to be really really good ;)

If I can add to the lessons learnt....my greatest investment was getting a rechargable toy. The batteries just didn't cut it on some days and the shape and feel of the one I got gave quality time by myself a whole new dimension ;)
