LUNAR: Silver Star Story Complete

Jessica watched Hiro for a moment. "I know he has failed me more than once before... But it's hard for me to just not trust such a close friend of mine. I like to believe that he's not lying to me anymore..."

Jessica watched the Inn as they approached. "So, are you from the future or something?" she asked, remembering what he had said before about her dying at an old age with lots of children. "So who is it that I had all of my children with?" she asked, curiousity getting the better of her.

Now now, that would ruin the future wouldn't it? Do you not hate temporal mechanics?

*The voice seemed to come from everywhere, but its source quickly appeared before the heroes, of course, it was Nash, in the armor and helmet. The armored Nash looked to Jessica, trying to be as calm and collective, as well as gentle, as he could be.*

Please Jessica, stand out of my way, all I need is the destroyer of Lunar, and I will be at peace, please...

"Ghaleon, were I still a little girl that blindly trusted you I would listen. However, after the stunt of trying to become a God went about, I have lost all faith in you... YOU are the 'Destroyer of LUNAR', not this man!"

Jessica held her mace in hand, ready to attack if she had to. She watched the Magic Emperor's movements cautiously.

Hiro

He got into a defensive stance, sword ready.

"Leave us in peace. You don't know what I am capable of."

He knew that this Ghaleon had no idea about the battles and tribulations that he went through. Plus, he was a lot stronger than he looked. He hope that this would make Ghaleon overconfident.

*Nash sighed, there was no way he was going to bring himself to hurting Jessica, but there was no other way around to getting Hiro. Maybe if Nash showed Jessica what the true Ghaleon showed him, she would change her mind. Carefully, Nash walked over towards Jessica, placing a palm upon her forehead, showing her what Ghaleon showed Nash, destruction, chaos, people screaming, it was worse than the Frontier, and there Hiro stood, sword unseathed, and an evil look on his face.*

This is what the future holds..

Jessica couldn't believe what she had just seen. She stood in silence for a moment, looking between the Magic Emperor and Hiro.

"This could be a trick..."

Hiro

"UNHAND HER!!!" he screamed, leaping into the air with his Poe Sword attack. He brought the blade down upon the helment. But the man backstepped, and it only cleved the helment in two. The Magic Emperor backed up and put his cloak around his face.

"Had enough?" he tried to get a peek at his face, but couldn't.

It's no trick Jessica, I'm afraid it's the bitter truth... You've just assumed I was Ghaleon all along because I wore his wardrobe...

*With that Nash closed his eyes, removing the cloak, and shaking his hair. Nash looked down, tears were filled in his eyes, he had trusted what Ghaleon showed him, and he could only hope Jess could trust Nash.*

I can't tell you how I know this Jessica, and I swear I'm sorry for decieving you! I needed to do it! You needed to see the truth somehow!

Hiro

"What is Nash talking about, Jessica?"

He didn't like this. He didn't like it at all.

"...You ask me to trust you after you blantently lied to me about Ghaleon attacking you!" Jessica cried out at Nash, very upset about the constant lying.

"I'm sorry Nash... But I just can't trust you anymore. You're on Ghaleon's side... You always have been."

Hiro

"Nash, don't do this. In the history books, your famous. Famous for being the greatest teacher in Vane. Famous for being Mia's husband and one true love. Not for this... you don't have to listen to Ghaleon, he's manipulating you like he has done to others. Please, don't do this. Come on, think of the three children that you two are going to have. Do you want them to remember you as Daddy, or the Magic Emperor. "

Yes...I suppose it has to be like that.... it's only right... after all, I am Ghaleons son....

*Nash waved a solemn goodbye to Jessica, a tear forming in his eye, and the magician teleported off, next time, he would get Hiro, and he would kill him.*

Hiro

His pleas fell on deaf ears. He knew that the next time Nash would kill him. But he wasn't going to hurt Nash, it would ruin the future that has already happened.

"What should we do now, Jessica?"

"...I say we go for the heart of what is compelling Nash to do this... We kill Ghaleon."

Jessica looked to Hiro, a look of concern on her face.

"I don't know how or why this is happening... But I have a feeling this is going to mess up the world as you know it..."

*Well it would be no problem finding Nash, or Ghaleon. Nash had taken a seat upon the guildmasters chair, Ghaleon beside him, smiling.*

Ghaleon: You did a good job son, but you have yet to kill Hiro...

They'll come for me Ghaleon, Jessica is predictable, she knows that I'll be here, and she'll come for me.

*Nash looked down at the sleeping Mia on the ground, when she wasn't barking orders to Nash, she almost looked angelic. Nash would still refuse to hurt Jessica, but with what he had planned he wouldn't have to.*

Hiro

"Well, where should we go.... I have no clue where Ghaleon might hide back in this time period. Any clues?"

He knew that he had to destroy Ghaleon. This would then cause his spirit to be reborn a thousand years later. He also had to make sure that Nash came to no harm, or that could affect his friend Lemina.

He didn't really care to go back home after what had happened.... not after what he saw Ghaleon do to his Lucia.

Hiro

Snapping out of his painful memories, he asked Jessica a question.

"Should we continue our pursuit of Ghaleon and Nash, or should we wait and think of a plan? Since you know a lot more about this time period, I'm putting my trust in your knowledge."

"Well... I'm not sure of what we should do. I know where Nash and Ghaleon would be..." she said, thinking of Vane and the Guildmaster's office.

"They both love their power. They'd have to be where they feel the most significant... But I don't think we have much time for planning. We'll have to go after them sooner or later... I know they'll be expecting us..."

Hiro

He drew his sword. "Well, I can pretty much handle Ghaleon or Nash one-on-one, but together they could... check that, can kick my ass. I'm ready to bust them if that's what you want us to do. The choice is up to you?"

He looked into her eyes, and saw worry in them. "Don't worry, I won't kill Nash. He's being brain-washed, and to kill him for not being in control of himself is wrong. Maybe if we can destroy Ghaleon, then he'll snap back to his senses. It's worth a shot."

Jessica nodded.

"Well, we should be off for the Guildmaster's office in Vane, then..."

Hiro

"Ok then. Let's go!"

(ooc- aren't the characters already in Vane???"

OOC:

Yes, yes they are. However, Jessica wants to make it clear WHICH Guildmaster's office... There's one almost everywhere :)

IC:

Jessica led Hiro to the Guildmaster's office inside the Magic Guild halls. She paused at the door for a moment, looking back to the boy.

"Are you ready?"

Hiro

His back against the wall, he had his sword in one hand, and twin boomerangs in the other.

"Whenever you are Jessica?"

He gave her one more reassuring smile.

Jessica nodded and pushed open the double doors into the office. Boldly she stepped in, her eyes scanning the area. They feel upon Nash for a moment, a look of compassion and worry upon her face. She then shifted her eyes to Ghaleon, the same look of concern showing through her eyes.

Hiro

He came in behind Jessica. His eyes fell upon Ghaleon.

"Why is his left eye still intact?" he accidently said outloud.

His attention revited on Ghaleon, "Ghaleon! Let go of your hold on Nash!" he demanded. "Or else!"

His grip tightened on his sword as he said that.
