I'm being good.....REAL GOOD!!!!!

They x-rayed the foot again and there is no break. Which he said would have actually been good news, since a break heals quicker. He did say that I had 'boogered it up real good.' He put me in one of those boots and scheduled some physical therapy. Elevate and ice as needed. I don't know if it's from wearing the boot or him mashing around on it.......but it's swelled up again.

You boogered up your foot? That's ... errrk ... I have this image in my head now. An iced-up, "boogered" foot raised up on the end of my couch. I'll get you a blanket to cover it.

But at least you saw a specialist -- you did, right? They didn't shuffle you off to someone else?

Now....how has HUMP Day treated y'all? Anyone get some HUMPING in today????

Sadly, even the seemingly friendly dog in the parking lot decided to keep his distance and out of my (and my available leg's) way today.

And you? Other than somewhat positive medical news, was your day full more of Rocky Top/high speed racing type joy, or underground garage type of lows?

Those boots (I went thru 2) are nice but it's the leg elevated that will help.
If it gets too achey soak it in some epsom salts but make sure the water is only warm.

I've heard the too bad you didn't break it speach. Not fun casue it's so true.
Be good & stay safe so it doesn't last even longer.

A big ol WELCOME and a to those who have visited for the 1st time in the last couple of days. And (((((Hugs & 's))))) to those who have checked on me. The swelling is barely noticable today. The bruising...well it's still there. But I'm getting around MUCH better!!

As promised, I did go shopping and here are the things needed for our very own kind of Twister. Y'all feel free to enjoy a game at any time, just be sure to clean up the mess!

I'm not sure where he got this info, but the Hubby was telling me earlier that rumor is the Oregon band plans on playing "Rocky Top" at some point while visiting your Trojans.
