I hear ya on that spaghetti stuffing! I always over do it! Have you tried the whole wheat spaghetti? I've been using it to compensate for the volume I tend to eat.

I try to be good on most meals, but homemade spaghetti is one of my favorites!

LOL...did you make enough to have leftovers? What is it about spaghetti that makes it even better the next day?

I did, I have a big bowl in the fridge right now. I mix the sauce in the noodles, and I think that makes it taste better than fresh, since the noodles can soak up the flavor of the spices.
Whatever the reason, I know it's too good, and I'll have some tomorrow afternoon when I get home from work, unless someone else cleans it out before then...

OH! You are so correct MrBent! I have done that before...and thank you for refreshing that memory. Next 2nd round of spaghetti is goin in Mamaw's cornbread skillet!
