Wow I setp out for a few minutes to get a bite and there's a flurry of activity at Lynn's!

There are parts of me that are purple now that I didn't even know were hurt.
The right arm seems the biggest pita next to the lack of help when I really need it.
Other then the one friend who has let me ride shot gun to get food in, it's been amazing how fast
the people I hear from normally each week have dropped out to MIA
THIS is why I have learned not to ask for help even when I need it.

You need to move closer, Sweetie. Better yet, I have 3 spare bedrooms! And....we can watch ALL the races together!

I did 10 minutes on the eliptical on level 5 tonight. Not dancing...but it's the 1st time I've been on it since my spill.

My week is half over...workwise....and that's always a good thing! We had a safety lunch yesterday in Chilhowie, VA. I ate like a pig! But it was delicious...so worth it!

It was COLD here today....BLUE cold! I used the butt warmer in my car on the way home!

Yesterday was bleh, but today was great. So, I am doing well. It's colder than an eskimo takin a shower in an outhouse in January here. Though, the weatherman says 47 on Sunday. Now THAT would be nice!

I've never tried that MrBent....is it anything like creamed ham? I had cottage cheese with some veggies cut up in it and a sweet, juicy, seedless orange.

Creamed tuna is like SOS but using tuna instead of chipped beef and adding frozen peas as it cooks to thicken.

No plans for the weekend yet... To late for steelhead to early for walleye. Maybe try for a sturgeon by one of the dams if I don't go in again this weekend...
