Mafia Battle game thread

Damnit! Still won't let me in. This sucks. I really wanted to join you guys. I'll try again another time, I guess.
 
Ah ha, found out that one of my kids was playing this game, so that is why I can't sign up. I don't know what name he used there, but will try and contact the admin if someone can provide me with a link.
 
this is stupid. the one game i can play is back up and i cant get into mafia. lol. go figure.

I've been reading the forums on both threads and both admins/owners of the threads are weighing in.

MB: They claim that the RtS guys stole their program and upcoming idea and member list and "suing" them. HOWEVER, turns out that just as RtS was launched, MB was hacked with cheaters. This is why the markets and money are so ridiculous. There is talk about leveling out points and money come March 1st.

RtS: People are claiming (members who play both games) that MB is completely unmoderated and cheaters are not banned. They prefer RtS because the admins work daily to make sure the game isn't being run on bots. The admins claim the site will run. Basically most agree that MB is being run into the ground and people will jump ship. So ~ did RtS hack MB to get players into a "fair" game? Who knows.

I suggest putting NO money into either game for a few days.

It does seem clear that RtS stole the game, but at the same time, MB might not be worth putting any real money into as it is all hacked and out of whack right now. Just my two cents.

I think I may just walk away from both of 'em... I dropped five dollars for MB and already reversed all my payments to RtS.

Eh... I really like playin' 'em but RtS/MB drama is souring it. =(

ps - I'm lv 4 in MB and have 5,000 speed. Haha.
 
Well, I stayed up WAAAYYYY too late tonight. I like the pirate game better for the images & more even playing field, but this game moves so fast that it is fun.
I have way too much cash. Not sure what to do with all of it. Let me know what to buy for the gang tomorrow. ;)
 
I feel wrong and angry and I don't like Mafia Battle and I want pirates back and I hate how the economy is fucked and I don't like not being a corrupt dictator and I want pirates back!!!! :(

Go to the gym. That's what I'm focusing on today. I'm almost at that level in speed. It helps tremedously during battle and mugging.

Btw, if people still can't register: "Some members have not been able to login. If you know one of them, please ask them to e-mail me at rob@pixabit.com and I will send a new password to the e-mail on their account."

My understanding with MB is that they have solved the cheating (RTS probably stole their method hah) and that they will be doing a point and money reset on march first.

It is a shame that RTS is stolen but I can't put more money in that game knowing that in all likelihood it will be taken down again.

I will keep checking the MB site for that pirate game and hopefully it will be out soon.

PS, my plans? I'm keeping both games open. These games have lots of downtime where you're either in the hospital or waiting for points to regen.

I am leader of both gangs and would like more help leading. (I think BG and I can handle RTS, she's co-leader there)
So on MB, leading will be me, BG, montrealgirl and Breakwall. If they're willing to help. Since MB will the the game of focus.


People a last word of warning, if you're playing pirates, it WILL go down again eventually, don't get burned.
