Haha that just reminded me, there's this kid who works at the grocery store who wears a t-shirt/shorts/sneakers without socks outfit EVERY DAMN DAY OF THE YEAR, like I was there in a snowstorm and he was in the parking lot gathering up carriages dressed like that.
Maybe this is to attract girls who like dudes with no common sense and frozen balls?
