Going to college is never a bad idea, at any age. I don't think you have a death wish, I think that you feel like the rest of us do when it comes to parts of your life that you're not happy with. Being on your own and raising kids is a challenge that's not for everyone, you do the best that you can with what you have. I salute you, I'd go insane.

It may feel that way now, but it's not the first time and it will pass. Instead of focusing on what's wrong right now try to focus on what's right. You're alive and reasonably healthy and your kids are the same. That's a small plus, but a plus just the same.
