Doubletree had rooms for $89 a night w/ a hot tub. They're suites, which is awesome, then we will have space.

Well, if we are going to have more than maybe 4 people sleeping over, we'll need to get another room......2 double beds in the suite, and space in the front room, means we can fit 4 people in one room to sleep......of course that means 2 of those people will be uncomfortable, but I'm not so sure people will want to pay extra money to get another room, since we can really only use one. A suite would be nice, though, so that we have a place for people to sleep and a place for people to talk.

OK, ideas I've gotten from people so far.....

~ Sex World
~ strip club
~ dancing

Any reflections on these ideas or new ideas to add?

Oh, and is it alright with people if we set the date for the 20th? Anyone who absolutely can't come if that's the date?

But I am a not terribly good dancer...I can sing but not dance <sigh> If anyone has seen Eddie Murphy's "Generic White Man Dance" that is pretty much me. I, again am up early every Sat and Sun, so a room would be good, I could get up and leave right from there to pick up my kids. And Hey, what is wrong with an orgy???

I LOVE to dance, but I don't know if anyone else wants to go. Gotta get a drink or two in me, but once I've dropped my self consciousness I really enjoy dancing I like all the other ideas too, though, so it's up to you all.

Awesome, the 20th sounds great and I am all up for a hotel or dinner. Strip clubs kind of blow because they are generally dark and in some basement unless there are any good ones. I've only been to one so anyone could enlighten me on this subject.

Well, just so everyone knows, we are NOT planning an orgy for the 20th......now, whatever happens happens......but the purpose of the meeting is not an orgy.......gotta be clear about that, both to make sure we don't scare anyone off and also to make sure no one comes to the meeting with expectations that won't be fulfilled.
