Mod flags my stories as AI written

I have some issues with publishing my stories. I started some days ago a series of stories. Six of them were published.
Yesterday the next three parts were sent back by a mod. It was supposed the stories were AI written. The language is German. I am natove German speaker and studied literature. The stories are genuine mine, every single word. I do not even use the correction function on word.
To be honest I am disappointed.

Resubmit them as is and add a note in the box at the bottom saying what you just said. Sometimes false positives can be addressed that way.

And:

Dein Englisch ist besser als mein Deutsch!

Just out of couriosity. Is our conversation a public one? I am asking because through google research I learned that quite a lot of Literotica authors are troubled by the false flagging AI detection.

Yes - this is a public forum. Use of translation software seems to be one thing that leads to AI detection. It seems most of the translation programs now use AI (presumably Google Translate included). That and accepting the suggestions of grammar checking software.

Aber niemand weiß es genau.

You mean a mod used a translation program. Afterwards, my German story, appeared in weird English. And that caused the wrong AI detection

Maybe I will give it some day a try and translate my stories in all languages I know: German, English, Spanish and Italian

My stories are very dialogue-based. I used this style by intention to make the psychological development of the protagonists more understandable.
Maybe that causes the false AI accusation.
However I will repost my stories and will add a comment for the mod.

No. I mean if people write a story in one language and use software to translate it to another that can be one reason for it being flagged as AI.

As as aside, that’s not my supposition, it’s based on convos with the site a while back.

I used wrote in German. I did not even use auto correction. I never do.
However I reposted some minutes ago one of my rejected stories again.

To clarify one thing, it's very likely that no moderator has seen your story. It's widely assumed that there is an automated check first. By following @EmilyMiller's advice, you can sometimes get the owner and only moderator to actually look at the story.

That probably isn't what it means. The moderator isn't idiotic enough to flag it for AI because they used AI on it.

What's more likely is that it was flagged as AI in German to begin with, and it's the exact same kind of false positive that English language writers sometimes experience.

The remedy is to just re-submit it, unchanged, and write a message in the Notes field on the submission form to say that your story got hit with a false positive and you're resubmitting it and want a human to review it.

This often works for English language stories, presumably because the moderator can read it and form their own opinion about its provenance. It's hard to say whether they can do the same for a non-English language story submission, but, try it.

It could be that you are using too many often-used tropes and cliches that are being flagged on a plagiarism search engine that searches for well-used patterns of expression. Try to re-write some sections with different words and different sentences. In other words, make your story more original.

For the third time, I've just uploaded my two chapters of my ongoing series, written in French. The first time was on February 17th, and the response on February 27th was that the text might have been corrected with a grammar checker, and that there was a suspicion of AI. They told me I needed to find a French publisher to verify it—a publisher that doesn't exist. So, I republished on February 27th, providing proof that my texts are 100% human. I messaged Lauren and Manu twice. Today is March 29th, and still nothing. So, I republished one of my texts, telling them I'd sent a message with the evidence. So, I'm still waiting, knowing that 12 other chapters of this series are still in my files. Have a good Sunday, everyone. Loïc

PS: I'm going to end up looking like Calimero😁
