I wish, it's actually about 1-2 hour drive south of here. The city that sits at the end of the bay was founded during the gold rush days. That water is full of yummy fish.

Fishing Trip

Here is my haul from the end of the year fishing trip last year. Those are halibut, going for $ 9 a pound?? The big one weighed 164 lbs, the rest 30-40 lbs.

164 lbs - 30 minute fight to get it into the boat...2 shotgun shells through the brain to kill it, fish for all winter...yum yum
