Hiya Kayte. I did, but it sure is good to be home. Very busy these days. I STILL need an MRI, lifting Holly really hurt my back. Oh and David bought a Wii while I was gone so we've been bowling but I think I better stop that til after the MRI. LOL I miss working but cant go back til the dr okays it. Im keeping busy though. We should be moving into our new home in a week or so. Davids dad is the same . But we almost lost him so we're just happy he's here. He did get to go in the shop over the weekend for the first time in over 4 months and was tickled that he got grease on his hands.LOL Life is wonderful though and we are happier than ever. One of the guys out in the shop is a preacher and ever since I got here, hes been reminding David of that. Soooo this morning, David asked him what he was doing on September 18th? We decided on a simple ceremony on the pier, we want his dad there, its a gorgeous place! Im so excited!!!! Hope you all are well. (((((( Kayte, Rose and friends)))))

Hi sweetie. I hear you about looking for the end of the nasty weather. I was supposed to head out to a friend's today. She called wanting to postpone it until next week. The power is out where she is. The storms that went through last night did it.

Things are going well, besides the lunch cancellation. Yes I miss our Bug big time.

Well they are promising nicer weather by tomorrow ...we shall see..Bet the greenhouses hate this weather too nobody feels like buying or planting ...
It's windy and chilly yet today..I have errands I need to do sometime today...and thanks for the prayers and good wishes ...they are always welcome

Well it has been pretty nice the last few days and I have been on the go trying to get a lot of cleaning done before I go and cut the ex's hair this morn.I want the place clean when I come home then I don't have to worry about things...did several errands this morn and planted a coleous and cleaning now

Hi everyone. I just wanted to pop in and say good luck tomorrow to Rose, you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Life is crazy busy! I finally have a referral for an MRI after all these weeks of pain! We still havent moved into our new home yet. Theres alot involved. Ive always been a city girl and when you needed electricity you just called the power company and theyd flip a switch, but not here. Were waiting for them to come out and put up a pole. Its shaping up very nice though and I couldnt be happier out here in the sticks. My kids are shocked. LOL
Sept 18th is fast approaching. We are just having a small ceremony with close friends and family. I went to the courthouse with my first marriage, wore a regular ole dress. This time, Im doing it right. My gown is ivory, simple but elegant, just like the gorgeous ring David gave me last weekend. We told his dad we wanted to get married on the pier but he said it might be way too hot. So his employee, the preacher suggested we use his church, and after discussing it, we both agreed we liked that thought. We arent church goers but we both are strong believers and I think my dad would be happy . Ive never been happier in my life and everyday he reminds me how blessed I am. We try not to think about how we met LOL. But at the same time, we dont care. I hope everyone is well. Oh has anyone heard from Goatchick? I miss her! At any rate, Im alive and well. I dont come to Lit all that much, its really not the fun place it used to be but all of you have been really wonderful so I try to pop in every so often to catch up. HAPPY HUMP DAY AND MUCH LOVE

Things are slow moving but surely getting done. We were hoping to be in by our anniversary May 31st. Its just hard looking at it and not able to live in it. I want to use my tub with jets!!!
