I have a few minutes..so i'll post to let my kitchen friends know i came back from New York all in one piece a week ago today. I miss my family!

But again, work calls. I'm home from a 12 hr day, back again tomorrow morning nice and early lol I've been going non stop since i stepped off that damn plane! ughhh

How is our little bug? and yeah i'm always busy..such as life i guess..i'm doing good tho..i had a company holiday show all day yesterday..from 7am to 4pm..3 workshops and then a vendor hall where they had plenty samples lol i got alot of free stuff..it helps knowing vendors..they hook you up.

How are you today momma? u have crazy weather too? it's been windy as all get out since yesterday..driving to the holiday show was insane..what should've been a 20min trip turned into 50..you couldn't see the lanes on the freeway..i was a little nervous..and i wasn't the one driving, my friend michelle did great tho.

Weather has been crappy here too...I did go to call bingo y/d and today my daughter picked me up and went over to the exe's for coffee and home the rest of the day..
Make a big pot of potato soup....my friend from Washington calls almost every day
I love those kind of days when they have lots of samples at the stores!!
Be careful driving...supposed to get better starting tomorrow

I had to drive earlier to go to PT. The gusts over 60mph do get ones attention to say the least. Been home all afternoon but will be headed out for choir in a couple of hours. I'm hoping the winds die down a bit as it is trash night. It is picked up very early in the morning so it goes out the night before.

I don't go out much after dark, but now that the year is waning the sun is setting might early. I don't have any problem with night vision, knock on faux wood, but I use care in venturing out by myself after dark.

Driving in high winds can be such a challenge! I remember driving a 35 ft RV years ago in a nasty wind storm!

I'm so glad to hear Bug is doing well.

The Packers have had an quite a year! Hoping it continues on to the post season play.

I've been busy with PT and singing at funerals lately. My parish had 6 within the last week!

It has gotten cold here now. We had a high of 36 today. Looks like winter is here.

I had a PT appointment this morning and I got my nails done this afternoon. It is cold and windy. We had gusts over 40mph for a time.

And time for the shovel, scraper and other winter stuff to be in the car too.

Oh I hate the wind....I can handle the cold but that wind goes right thru you...just got off the phone...I have bingo tomorrow afternoon...talking some snow and ice here sunday I sure hate the thought of that!!!

I've been up for quite some time. On my second load of laundry, have done some cleaning and thought I'd check in here to see what is what.

Boy sounds like we were both up early I woke up at 530 and got up ...so got a lot done already...the sun is shining but it's only 20 right now definately sweatshirt weather today!!! Yes bingo is always a big thing at the nursing home......have a great day
