As someone who played a lot of asteroids on my Atari in the 80’s, I’m pretty sure that isn’t the asteroid, but rather the ship sent up to blast it.

I love everything about thisNo, this is an official trail through the national park - those animals are "nature caretakers", as the laws and protection of this land is absurdly high.. and because it is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the government needs to make sure to protect the diversity.. and, animals are pretty good at doing just that!!
So these cuties are walking about on the trails, enjoying life, and making sure that the other animals habitats are well protected. (Frogs, toads, snakes, birds and so on)
And seriously.. Gosh, they are so adorable!!

Our leaves haven't changed. Hell, it has been in the high 70s in the afternoon all week.

True!! The foliage here has just started to reach that pretty point, tipping more yellow than green.
And soon.. orange, red.. all of the other hues will follow!
But, snow! Gosh, I love it. It is the instant "bring out the inner child" weather, as well as a huge silencer, all sounds becomes so muffled.
