I appreciate the way the whole team reacted to my predicament at work today. I didn’t know I was that well respected! There was not a single member of my team who did not offer to help out, and they all agree with my complaint. One guy even stayed back unpaid as he knew I wasn’t allowed to leave the building until certain tasks were completed.

Thanks to everyone pulling together, and for once not a single person challenged my instructions - we smashed every single target we had, under difficult circumstances.

I always look out for my team, but it was completely unexpected that they looked out for me today.
