Lurker's, registered or not - could very well be under 18. A bit shy and of course cautious. They would know - if only lurking for a short while - it's 18+ - so they keep their traps shut.

You know - unless they're really up on stuff - and adult like - they could easily give themselves away.

Unless they lurk.
