Good afternoon to all. It's true, my fingers are shaking as I write this. The excitement is almost overwhelming for this ol' vixen of lust!

Indulge me in a quick flashback?

Several years ago, I stumbled across a place in AOL that allowed RPG. It was based on Vampire:The Masquerade by White Wolf. Within a week, it had consumed my entire being. I became LadyLoves1, who was killed off fairly quickly, due to my inexperience in the game. But soon I was back with a new character named Star Chyld (or StarXChyld as the screen name would permit).

Star lived for three highly successful, erotic years in the cyberspace named Rhydin. She fell in love and married her sire, Seth, who would eventually became the Justicar of Egypt.

Ahhhh, yes, the good ol' days. . .

Unfortunately, the RL pulled me away from the game and I was forced to abandon Star. For the past few years she has been in a literary torpor, so to speak. That was until this week, when the gentleman that played Seth suggested I take a look at this site.

So here I sit, poised to bring Star out of her torpor and back into the world of the living! I can only hope that you grow to love her as much as I have.

Enough about Star. A little background about me. I'm a married, 41 year old woman with 2 kids in college, 5 dogs, 5 cats and 16 Koi. I love to write and read erotica. Being a virgin here, I ask that you be gentle with me as the juices slowly return to this stiff unused fingers.

There are a number of what have come to be known as "OOC Clubs", but the heart, soul, and depth of the Lit SRP board is, simply, the threads. One finds they can become overly involved in the "Clubs" and miss the true fun of actually interacting and meeting fellow writers by waiting too long to join threads.

The "Clubs" serve a purpose - I usually hang out at the Rooftop when RL doesn't intervene - but the true fun is really in the stories we weave.

Hi Chele,

Thank you for the advice. I promise to leave my mark all over Lit once I work out the kinks here. It's been a few years since stretched my fingers over this keyboard, so I need to brush up on my storylines and my spelling. Plus, I want to explore the various threads to see which storyline Star may feel most comfortable in. In the Masquerade, she was a true vampire and her thirst is ferocious right now (in more ways than one!). If she were to drink too deeply now, she could be ruined, so we will have to ease her back into this slowly and precisely.

Don't be afraid to just jump into a story that interests you. There are many that are looking for characters, and new ones starting every day. And if you find one that has already started, you can always contact the originator and ask if they might have room for an extra character. Most will accommadate you.
