Not Your Average Photo Thread

But I'm neither dark-skinned, nor tattooed. :(

How can you be sure you'll be happy?

Looks are merely the icing on the cake. And although I have a preference to the 'bad boy' look, doesn't mean that's the only kind of guy I've dated (quite the contrary, the opposite is true!!) It's hard to find a 'bad boy' who's actually not really bad at all (just looks like one.)

Tastefully Delicious

Thank you for the pics you have posted. There are so many luscious bits to men that they tend to forget we ladies love to see.

Beautiful photographs sweetie....great composition, I really enjoyed opening each one to see what I would find...exciting, interesting, different. I hope you continue to post and thanks for the shots thus far! :)

I can live with that.

As you've seen, I'm more of a "cowboy" than a "bad boy" -- at least from outward appearances.

Still waters run VERY deep, though.

Thank you, Wench. Sincerely.

Just had another idea this morning. An image that should be VERY sexy, but that consists of only parts/bits NOT typically considered to be the titillating ones.

See where my mind is on Sunday mornings?

I'm going *straight* to hell.

Thank you, Rose. Welcome to my world.

It's not as popular or heavily trafficked as some, but the people who hang out here are cooler than average. ;)

Save a horse, ride a cowboy!

Amusing story about the Cowboy Hat series:

These images are literally only MINUTES old.

I spent about two hours in the studio this morning trying different things to shoot this series. Made about a hundred exposures and wasn't real pleased with any of them.

I was just about ready to call it a day and shit-can the entire day's work. I sat down in the dining room (glass walls on the South and West sides) for a cup of coffee and to think.

For no more than ten minutes this glorious, golden light from the setting sun came streaming into the dining room -- low enough to enter through the glass walls, but high enough to not be blocked by the heavily-wooded "back-40".

I quickly set up and shot 12 exposures in no more than two minutes.

Three minutes later the light was gone.

Dumb luck.

I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE it!

You're welcome, blueyz.

Thanks for suggesting the theme.

P.S. - I retrospect I think a shorter, perhaps filter-less cigarette would have been a better, more authentic-looking choice. Wishing I'd had the togetherness to snap the filter off & turn it around in my lips before shooting.

Don't be so modest, Rose.

I definitely count you among the "cool kids" -- just by virtue of being here. ;)

Thanks for visiting.

Ahh, I can smell leather and horse sweat and hay from here.

Perfect series.

It's okay. The cigarette looks like a Winston. That's like an "old school" cigarette.

Now how about some leather chaps?
