Now who do I vote for?

Voting will be hard with my schedule tomorrow, but I WIL VOTE no matter how late I am for the first meeting.

I thanked you for your input, and I commented on your number of posts and for that I am called a cunt...wow.

Tough on here...not so tough in real life, I bet.
(now I will pay for that one.)

Instead of E and A asking if I meant anything by the post, which I did not...I am attacked...I have as much right to post here as anyone, and I will not be pushed into submission as so many others have been.

Last week in church I had to sing in two different masses. Both visiting priests went did everything but say you had to vote Republican. There was no talk about class struggles, struggles with jobs, destruction in Iraq that was just dismissed as "collateral damage".

Why do you attend a church that doesn't support you or your life? I am just curious, because I would like to attend, but I have yet to find one that would not put me down. I was raised Catholic, but refuse to go back.

Actually, I said you made a cunty assumption, and no matter how you backtrack on it, it was NOT a thank you, it was a snotty comment because I said I didn't read the whole thread.

Enjoy vote day.

Stop it.

I voted and it was fine...a little rain has never held me back. I am surprised at the amount of folks that voted for Bush. If he is the popular vote, he must be who America wants. I didn't want him, but it looks like my neighbors did.

I believe in the popular vote, not the college...

I am glad this thread has made it through. My purpose was to keep it alive through the election without having to write about sex...and it worked!

I am nervous about the next 4 years, but if we stand together on issues that are dear in our own hearts, we may survive.
What is happening to the troops is not good, so I think I will turn my focus that way. I wonder how much a flack (sp) vest costs to send to a troop? I heard you can buy them on Ebay and ship them over to Iraq. Anyone know of a website that is heading up this project?

Thanks again for posing to this thread.

Hmmmmm. No use crying.... but I'd love to see a recount and some prosecutions. A felony I believe if counts were changed.

Actually, I agree with Kerry. I just wanted to know the answer. I'm disappointed that he didn't win, considering how close it was, but a legal battle is NOT the way to decide the presidency.

Why not?

We dont allow certain citizen to reside on a jury, because they can not be fair, their beliefs don't sit well with the rest of society, or they are from the back woods (many other reasons, but to many to list) but we trust these same folks to pick the leader of our country.

What if it was up to the lawyers and judges...would we actually get answers to the tough questions? I would love to see Bush under cross examination from Hilary Clinton.
