Okay men, sally forth!

Get yourself nice and erect (go read your favorite story from Lit). Have a tape measure handy. Once you are at your fullest length and girth, measure your penis dimensions in this way:

1. Length : from the base (before the scrotum) to the tip without bending the tape measure over the head

2. Girth: the circumference at the thickest part of your shaft

Then come back to this thread and post your "vote" as honestly and accurately as you can. I know this won't be a perfect instrument, but we women would like to get a better understanding of what is out there, or er, in there. This is all for the sake of furthering scientific knowledge!

Mia, who is about Numbers, Pure Numbers

P.S. And if you want to tell us about your girth, we're listening! (It was too complicated to formulate a poll with both length and girth options, sorry!)

Hmmm, 6 views and no replies yet. I guess we'll have to wait a bit.

BTW, this poll will be open for 20 days.

about 7 and 3/4 inches
but ya gotta remember, this piece of artillery can hit a low flying French jet fighter. 'tis built for range and accuracy - and velocity! 8===============>

I accept your claim for the time being, LovingT, but will need further evidence, of course :)

Thank you, Mia, for this intrusive post!:rose: I guess if I intend to keep trying to spank you, I'm obliged to answer. Don't want one of your tantrums, do we?:)
At a stretch, over 7; but that hurts, I remember. From dome to axis, 6 and thirteen sixteenths inches. Circumference is tricky with a steel tape but surprisingly seems to be the desired 5 inches. You can use the py equations, ladies to work other measurements. Py being 22 over 7, of course.
Would you ladies like me to start a mathematics and arithmetic thread for beginners?:rose:

Hi stark! I only have tantrums for you, ya know. :)
My goodness, you used a STEEL measuring tape? Now you have me worried! I envisioned the cloth type of measuring tape we use in sewing. But duh, would a guy have access to that???

I can just see it now...men creeping into their wives' sewing kits to pull out the measuring tape when all of a sudden, she walks in and...

"Honey," she says with a worried tone, "what are you doing? Your pants are bunched up around your knees. You have a raging erection...and you're already leaking pre-cum...and you have my measuring tape...what's going on?"

I think we need a thread on the higher level mathematics of sexuality, stark ;)

You understand this is strictly in the interest of furthering scientific and mathematical knowledge, right, LovingT? :D

Girth is getting a bit technical :D

Sounds like you need some help with the measuring tape? Don't use a steel one! I can imagine "shrinkage" upon contact with that cold surface!

Sure thing - we'll measure your moans in decibels to make it scientific

I'm more of a thrasher than a moaner...measure *that*!!!

Moaning, size, etc

The angle of the dangle,
Is determined by the heat of the meat.
The width that you wangle,
Will stretch or just slip,
Into a juicy wet pussy or opening lip.
So give her your size, whatever it be
Just let her feel, taste, touch and see.
For parts of all sizes,
A warm home will find;
And at moment of cumming
To size we're all blind.

You can see why I don't post poetry!!

Oh but I LOVE it, whatsinaname! Is beeyooteeeful! Are you a cross between Bill Shakespeare and Ogden Nash?

It's not my thread but I can't see any reason why you couldn't as long as he doesn't vote too ;)

What's the number for the US Geological Society? I bet we can rent a Richter scale :D

Here it is! 1-900-CALL-MIA (and the website said to have your credit card handy).

Bump, since I love polls!

And yet, you don't post any numbers yourself? Maybe you could at least offer what you THINK your size would be if you were a guy?

:p

Sure, that would be fair. Just make sure there's no double posting/voting if you're both members of Lit!

MM--Thanks for reviving the topic of penis size--that NEVER gets enough attention on Lit:rolleyes:

As for the length versus girth issue--on the How To board, someone had a great idea--measure the volume displacement of the erect penis in cubic centimeters using a measuring cup full of water!

Or does anyone remember the formula for the volume of a roughly cylindrical object? I think that you can take the circumferance, multiply by pi, and then multiply by the length...damn, am I revealing my nerdy side yet?

*wondering what Chem_E voted*

Thanks for the bump. :)

And Teasing Tim, I agree with your answer. Women are welcome to post their current partner's measurement(s). And  I suppose if a woman has more than one partner currently, she can create new IDs to post her other partner's number(s). Whew, this is getting stick--I mean complicated.

Hi RH ;)

I was sure that when I started this poll someone would come in and say, "This is old, it's been done before. A gazillion times." Even if it has, though, I've never seen it done!

Roman, all that measuring is best done with the Head Researcher present. Please report to southeast Asia at your earliest convenvience :)

Reaching back to high school math...I think it's pi x radius squared to get the area of the circle and then multiply that by height of the cylinder to get the volume. Heh heh, but I like the volume displacement idea better. It's more "hands on."

Hmmm, any more votes?
