I've been thinking about it, but at the moment I can't afford a proper phone subscription, so forget the suit.

PS: I just decided to start making myself more mobile again. Got a 3 day weekend coming up, so, backpacking in the the wilderness I shall go. I need boots, and sunglasses... and a hat. Should start training. Bear spray would be useful.

I'm back!! And it was amazing. I did not get to summit due to 60mph winds and 6 foot snow, but I got as close as I could without snow gear.

The end of my trek. See that lake, it's called "dry lake". A ranger halfway down said it's the fullest it's been in 10 years. The goal is the rocky peak at the top left corner, so I wasn't too far from it.

Next time I'll make, when it's a bit warmer.

It's California, even the worst days are pretty. What the pictures don’t show is how ass cold it was and how fast the clouds were zooming by overhead. The cold was nice while moving, and only then. I'm glad the wind blew all the clouds away though. The night before in camp we were stuck in them with 20 foot visibility and the wetness.

If we had stepped above the tree line we would have been like plastic bags in the wind, so next time summit, next time.

It was fun though, relaxing and exhausting at the same time = content.

Went up the hills in my backyard.

Made it up in 1 1/2 hours. 2.3 miles per hour. Not bad I think.

From Easter weekend.

That is San G in the distance, my other playground. I think it will stay snow covered till August.

2 day backcountry trekking, 50lb pack. Started out at about 10am and went until about 10:30 pm. Was in a canyon during sunset, so it was pitch black, but my flashlights worked amazing. 4Sevens, I highly recommend, just remember battery time sharply decreases in cold temps. Once I made it up on a ridge the full moon shone in all it's glory. I wish pictures could do it justice. It was like being in a black and white movie, only instead of white it was silver.

The plan was 37 miles. But at 3pm on the second day I got to a road at the 20 mile mark, behind schedule. Was not expecting a 2,000 foot gain, all in a sandwash. I estimate I'd finish at about 11 pm, which was too late, having to get home an all. I managed to flag down a couple of marines with $40 and got a ride to my car. Before I knew they were marines, they popped the trunk and it was filled with camo holsters, guns, and amo. I had my knife so I figured wtf. Turns out they were really nice guys just killing time.

So that chick, the chick I actually wrote about in here. The one that broke my heart. We’ll we were talking today and she tells me she wants a “rebound fling”. I told her she is just being self destructive. She had a bad week, got in trouble at work, broke it off with her dude cause 6th moths is long enough, aunt died, bad in school, and got kicked out of her house and is back with her folks. Hence I call self destruct.
But next week, giving her some cool off, I’m thinking about taking her up on it.

As far as we go, I forgave her on the count of people are stupid. Emotionally my interested in her has been long, long gone. We talk, just fun conversations. She tells me a lot of personal things, I tell her almost nothing, just cause she I don't want her that close.

But she is still crazy hot. Should I fling her?

Maybe, this is a bit different because I've know her for a long time and we are fairly familiar with each other. She is also beyond hot, one of those naturally beautiful people that could suffer in the jungle for a month and come out looking ready for a photo shoot.

Actually yea, I kinda like hurting girls in bed. Plus, better me than alcohol, or some other guy. In someway this is actually a mild form of a fantasy becoming available to me, which is probably why I've actually been thinking about it. Being good to a girl by being bad to her.



I think what it comes down to is. I'd love to fuck her. But I don't really want to hang out with her. If she is game for that I think I'll do it.
