Okay so here it goes... we all meet at the BB, have dinner and such... then perhaps if we wanna we figure out where to got to from there...

So, I need to make reservations for the BB, we will be seated in the dinning area, the private party costs too much money (in case someone missed that part)

Does anyone have any objections to the BB situation? If not then I need a full count of who is definitely going to be there? I'm going to start a list, do a copy and paste thing to add your name to the list is you are definitely going to be there...

Sounds interesting

I am so glad to see so many interested in meeting in OKC. I have been on Lit for some time, but haven't posted much due to fact I was sure the wife wouldn't like it. Well, she moved out last fall and so I am on my own again. As I am sure many of you know, I have had alot of ups and downs over the last 6 months or so and feel that somthing like this would be fun. I am just not so sure how well I would fit in. I am about 6ft 2 and 195 and 41 years old. I would like to get a chance to chat or whatever with any of you that would like to. I feel that there is a good chance I would be the older guy of the group. I am very tempted to go. Its less than an hours drive for me. OH, and yes I know I need a new screen name, just haven't figured out one yet. Take care and always enjoy!

Since it was only supposed to be about a couple of weeks away, I just thought I'd check in, but I don't know if I want to go anymore if axes are involved.

That would be quite daunting. But would be nice if it was going to still happen and lots able to attend.

You could be right. I've been checking in here to see if anything has been posted about the final details. I know the place and general time that was earlier discussed, but would hate to show up and be the only one there. Later to find out that it had been cancelled
 
Yeah, I know what you mean, though maybe we're doing our part to help get people back here by giving this thread a much needed bump
 
True. Maybe now that it's getting closer to the scheduled date, more folks will join in and make it worth while.

I think it would be great to get together with others from here.
 
Yeah, it would be rather awkward if we expect a large group and then it's just the two of us.
