Celst is more or less human. Mostly less though. She has the pull of hell and heaven on her.

Last time I was in a RPG were the creator chose to play a theif instead of one of the several bad assed chara's he made, I wound up with a pladin that always carried a spare set of underware just incase. Kleptomania, is not a good thing to have on a really good theif.

Actually, I kind of planning on having my guy be pretty weak. Which is why I'm a little surprised.

I mean, by himself, he has no powers whatsoever. He's not that great a fighter without magic boosting from his parasitic spirit. It's only after a while that I plan for the spiritual-trickledown to start to take effect, giving Glenn actual powers.

At this point, though, he's more of a guy who carries a bazooka and is learning which end to fire out of, rather than a living bazooka himself.

A but the growing of power is what I was talking about. Glen shure as hell won't be a weekling come the climax of the story.

If you exclude Celsts magic she fits into the same catagory. She wins at close combat becuase of her Katars rather then her own skill.

Hey ever'body. Seeing as my husband went ahead and started up a group story I decided to join in. Although poetry is my strong suit, I think I've picked up enough to hang in there.


Name: Xian

Class: Mercenary, Formerly a Black Rose assassin.

Description: Dressed in her assassin's garb, Xian is dressed unconspicuously in black leather armor, her weapons hidden by a thick woolen cloak.

Weapons: Xian is armed with a pair of razor-sharp steel rings called "Dragon's Teeth". By gripping the center of each ring, Xian can slash and punch with the weapons as well as throw them to strike from a distance. When thrown, the weapons return unerringly to her hands.

Spells: The Black Rose Clan has perfected it's own mystic art. Neither divine nor alchemical in nature, it appears to be based solely upon the spiritual energy that is found in all living things. While Xian's mastery over this arcane form of spellcasting is minimal, her instructors saw great potential in her before they were put to death.

Story: Having been disgraced by her father's defeat at the hands of the grandmaster of the White Dragon Clan, Xian's last name has been erased from the scrolls of the Black Rose Clan. To have one's family name striken from the honor scrolls is the highest punishment one can receive as it not only disgraces the one punished, but also destroys any records of great deeds performed by their ancestors.

To "spare" the family further disgrace, all non-combatants such as children, the old and the sickly are immediately killed to not suffer the indignity of going throughout life without a clan to support them. The warriors of the disgraced family, too valuable to simply kill, are usually sold to other families to pay off debts. Such is the way of all the High Plains Clans in dealing with their disgraced warriors.

After having seen her grandmother and younger brothers put to the sword, Xian refused to be sold, but instead asked to be allowed to restore her family name by destroying the White Dragon Clan. As an assassin, Xian was seen as expendable and her request was granted. In order to pay her share of the family debt however, she had to relinquish her honor sword. Throwing the gleaming blade disdainfully on the ground, she turned her back on her former clansmen and left the Black Rose temple to seek revenge.

Is that chara in your husbands book? If so I can see he's quite good at makeing up backgrounds. Also now Celst has some compatition with her punching daggers as Jacobo so called them.

Well I thought about it but my atention is divided to much to go for your wife. I have to fight my Rival Hybirdx as best as I can, seduce Jacobo and then focus on my inteligent conversations with Arc. Oh and I write on this site too, as a hobby.
