Okay just not a whole lot of people...is all. If this was the US Military everybody would have Personal Armour......Special forces only would get Power Armor. May want to customize what suits you do have.

The idea first came from the classic squad combat game X-com...but the armor from Warhammer 40K used by the Marines also gives me inspiration.

ahh yes i used to dabble in warhammer 40k with the space wolf marines, cahirs armor is like a more ornate, forest green version of that armor

Good choice for colors.......any thoughts on colonization. Oh perhaps you will found a chapter of Marines.

Stealing? The good people of Krane Independent Trading prefer to call it 'strategic stockpile re-issuing' lol. And thats only the stuff they cant get legally. If it's not too presumptuous, i'll put up a small list of kit that i'd like them to start with, pending your approval.

Vehicles: 4 flatbed trucks, 3 articulated road trains, 12 off roaders, 6 off road quad bikes.

Trading supplies: A small collection of some of the supplies that KITCo will start off with to trade. Some crates of freeze dried and canned food, tools, weapons and armour (did someone say black market?!).
That's all for the moment, will probably add more stuff when I think of it! If it's too much kit, let me know.

Just one question for now, what's the score on buildings on the planet? Do we have to build our own, or are there, say, some prefabricated buildings in place or available to take with us?

First let me say I like what I am reading her thus far. Oh and first wavers feel free to post.


As you buildings there is nothing there as of now...though hell you could move into a cave or two but nothing permanent has been detected thus far...So bring prefabricated buildings is not a bad idea at all.....the huge 100 person ATVs every group rececives has room for sleeping and living but aren't roomy and shouldn't be considered as a long term solution for living space.

I was already thinking about prefabricated buildings.

Great minds think alike. So i'll add a few prefab shelters to provide early communal sleeping and living spaces, a workshop for the maintenance of the vehicles, and also 10 shipping containers to serve as temporary storage for trade goods. Some extra goods that will be available for trade will include clothing (normal aswell as cold and hot weather survival gear), portable solar powered lighting, and a handful of water stills and moisture condensors. Everyone needs water right? If you need exact numbers on any or all of these items, i'm sure i can work something out.

Are we allowed to divide up the 100 settlers into who we want to take, or is that randomly decided? Sorry for asking so many questions.
