Not exactly Nobilis, but I do have an idea I've been toying with that I think will fly....But I'm not ready to post it yet.

Actually, seeing as Kriegan was already there at the docks, and the police were called because of Kryna, I thought I would stay there for a bit, and let her be the connection Kriegan makes between Coda and the superhero's.
Although, she hasn't posted in a while, so I don't know. Maybe I should move on.

What the nurse said to Mary didn't seem characteristic of the nurse that talked to Kell, so I made them different. Anyway, I want Amy to fade into the background for a while. I might bring her back, actually. ^_^

So . . . you want to take on Amy as another character? Can you tell me a little more about her? Is she Argon, or Sejealan, like Kell? I think a nurse as a reoccurring character is a great idea, since the heroes are probably going to end up at the hospital a lot.

I just laughed so freaking hard.

Anyway, uh, yeah. Amy is... let's see... not Sejelean. I envision her looking almost Hawaiian, for some reason... do we have any races that look like that? Dark tan but not black, dark hair?

She goes to the same high school as Kell. He didn't recognize her because he was practically delirious. She knew who he was but she didn't want to say anything. They're actually kind of good friends, and they've talked about things before, but Kell simply didn't recognize her.

She's young, but she's an avid volunteer at the hospital, and she knows what she's doing. She's one of the "shy but noble" girls -- quiet, industrious, enthusiastic at times but not usually, and almost always nice to people. A pretty girl, maybe even beautiful -- beautiful as in womanly, not as in sexy. The kind of beauty that lasts.

I don't plan on her ever coming in contact with Loa Blood or anything, unless it's unavoidable. And I don't think she'll be a main character, unless it's appropriate. But Kell might need someone to back up the voice of reason that plagues him.

I figure Amy, at this point, might have the best chance of stopping Kell from becoming an insane, suicidal super-villain. ^_^

Sounds great. She'll be a handy hostage too! Dark-skin, dark hair . . . none yet. How about Southern Phrygian (Mostly jungle, "uncivilzed", poor. Native Phrygians were driven south into the jungles long ago when the Revans spread all over their land, colonizing Locrir and the other Phrygian nations.), or one of the many small island nations? Or make up a new one. Make up a whole new continent! (Shouldn't be too rich or powerful, though, or it would have come up by now.)

She could have been born and raised in Bay City, though, her family having lived in Argo for generations.

Tomorrow I'm going to post Faith getting an apt and Mary creeping back the way she came unless someone says I shouldn't.

Also, I thought of a great idea if one of my PC's dies for a new PC.

Mary crawling back the way she came seems like the right thing for her to do. As for Faith though, I thought Abraxas placed Monolith at an outdoor cafe so that Faith would spot him.

Faith writes a Nobel prize winning article against tyranny and the people of her country rise up against the dictator and vote Faith in as their new leader. When she returns they shower her path with white fridna petals and she declares her country a safe haven for gifted.

Ha! Polite, I know you were kidding, but we could seriously do it that way, except for the "happily ever after" part. What fun is that?

I think Faith running a country that was a haven for Gifted would be a great story. You could all use that as a base to solve problems in the rest of the world.

Seriously, though, we'll probably want to role-play through how that happens. After the Coda shipment (soon, it's coming), I want to skip ahead a few months.
