Since Kell hasn't "come out" as a Gifted, I doubt Faith will be able to find him easily, unless she interviews the couple he helped.

Monolith shouldn't be too hard to find. He's rather hard to hide.

She'll call the embassy to find the Prince.

After Mary gets to the hospital I'll wait for JC to post.

Here we go. A character slightly different from the rest.

Kriegan. Around 26. Silver hair, cut short. Olive skin and purple eyes.
A bounty hunter from Aralia. Very tall, with broad shoulders and taut muscles that makes him look like he spends weeks at a time in the gym. This is mainly because he has taken enhanced drugs, stuff that makes steroids look like candy. He's probably twice as strong as a regular human.
He was hired by the government to track down a woman who has assasinated the Prince of Aralia.
He wear super poly-metal clothing able to fend off most bullets and make any sort of attack less hurtful. It's strapped on most of his body, chest, arms, legs and such. He has a helmet, special made for this mission in particular, of Pryenite, a rare metal able to ward of talapathic attacks to him personally. (he can't stop a tree from hitting him, but a person can't just make his heart stop or make him do things).
He has some handguns, three or four placed appropriately on his person. His favored weapon is a Lazer gun. It works kinda like the old Phazers of Star Trek. Something that works like a weakened lazer to help stop his foes.
Since his orders are to bring in Nikki alive, this would work perfectly.
He also has something like a flare gun, but inside it, instead of a flare, is an electrified net. When shot, it send this electrified net out, and shocks the person it wraps around. It won't kill you, just give you a nice shock for a minute or so, and tangle you up. Nice and easy.
(sorry for the Rambo mode, but you are superhero's if I'm not mistaken. I need to take bigger measure to make sure I stand a chance when fighting one of you)

Right now he's in Bay City, tracking down leads...

Poohlive, you've just arrived in town, and after learning that several other bounty hunters are here for the same prize, and one of them was killed last night, you are having a meal at a cafe. You see a pretty Locrian girl eating by herself, looking upset. This has nothing to do with your mission.

Amon, if you're reading this, go ahead and have Ghost leave the hospital and act on his own. Whenever Sugar gets back, we'll work her in somehow, but I don't want you to feel you have to stay inactive waiting for her.

Siren, Nikki can freely leave Chapel, with or without some of his men as guards. She knows Damien is at the hospital, although she also knows that's a bad place to try to keep a low profile.

So now we've got a whole bunch of characters in the hospital. Good stuff. Damien or Nikki could be drawn to the commotion Kell is causing. They could meet each other before Damien's sister spirits him away, or they could pass like ships in the night, Nikki finding only Damien's empty room.
