DVS said:It will always totally amaze me that because someone says you said something, the powers that be believe that you did say it. I try to get along with people and not make waves when they say something I think they shouldn't say. I let it go because it's so trivial to make a big deal about it.
But now this guy thinks he eard somebody say something and he's trying to pin it on me. I didn't say it, but because he's making a big deal out of it, it looks like I'm lying. I don't like that method of employee control. It seems the first to try wolf is the one who's believed. And here, all this time I thought it was proper to look the other way when someone saiys something.
He says he feels he's wroking in a hostile environment. He sees me for maybe t minutes when the shifts change. What a fucking cry baby to make such a dust cloud out of that. He's just trying to show he has clout with the boss or something, I guess.
I should claim reverse racism because he's black and the boss is black. If the boss believes him, without any proof, that sure looks like some kind of favortism to me. Of course, they are probably friends, and I'm the new guy. Friends will usually stick by friends, even when they think they might be wrong.
No, I''m not going to claim reverse racism. I don't know if it is, but even if it is, I'm not that kind of a person. I try to get along with everybody. Shit, maybe this is what gets me into these fixes.
Looks like I'm going to have to go downtown and talk to the boss' boss. I need to get some things set straight...from MY point of view, before somebody else gets their say.
