Common misspellings irritate me much more than they should. That said, I just read a post in which the word "label" was misspelled (as "lable") about six times. Dammit! In my browser, misspelled words are marked by a squiggly red underline. Why don't they all do something like this? Even the mobile ones ought to be able to manage a simple spell-check function.

1. Used tea bags left in the sink.
2. Empty cola or beer cans left unrinsed and not placed in proper bins

I'm going to relaunch this thread with another peeve that's close to my heart:

Just because you apply all the filters on your new editing app does not make art of every fucking image you apply them to.

Oh, and to the guys who—despite my best efforts to teach—still insist on telling every woman on Lit that their photos:

How many threads on this site have a title that is misspelled or poorly written? Answer: Almost all of them. Fucking retards.

EDIT: Here's the worst part: Everyone can edit the title of their own thread at any time after it has been posted. Even if you can write off the errors as quickly typed goofs, there is no reason for this fucking bullshit except for that old internet standby: laziness.

I've looked for that option and can't find it, where is it?

I think my pet peeve on Lit would be all the guys who come to the defence immediately of any woman who is questioned even the slightest about the content of the photos not being real. There is one guy in particular who does this all the time . We know that you think alll women are "breathtaking" and "beautiful" and have "fantastic" breasts and asses and pussies but others can have an opinion too! And sometimes that opinion is different than yours! Shocker!

Its also annoying when people don't continue on with their initial threads and keep starting a billion new ones. I just don't get the point of doing that.

I tend not to agree with this completely and actually find it rather hypocritical. For someone like yourself, who has great talent in photography, to openly and publicly bash what others view as art is bad form. I feel the art is in the picture, if it's simply the pose or a filter you add from an app to achieve a desired affect. If I'm correct, I believe all professional photographers use some form of filtering when capturing their images. Hell Playboy Magazine, you know the magazine you would spank it to when you were young, made a fortune off altering pictures of nude women. This post seems more of a scorned individual than a pet peev, kind of like a child stomping down the hall because no one would listen to them. Yes I use filters on my pics, just as other individuals who have post on here with filters and referred to it as artsy, and I truely believe what I post is indeed artistic. Thanks for your time, great thread.

I actually agree on both points. I also understand that some guys are not very good with words. I may be one of them. But, we try. I value honesty, but it's also important to be respectful.
