Real Estate Agents

OK....for any of you out there that are Real Estate Agents I appologize in advance.....but do they all have their heads up their ass or what.....what is so difficult about communicating with your client. What is so bad about some good old fashioned professional pro-active sales. You ask them to get off their butts and do something for you and they act like they are gods and how dare you disagree with them. I AM THE CUSTOMER what part of that don't they understand! I am trying to sell my house long distance and am having fits...can you tell I have a splitting headache....my blood pressure is probably off the scale....and my entire family is not talking to me about it!

So, if any one out there knows how to work with a real estate agent....I am assuming that they are alien life forms at this point, let me know....

oh and now this other thing....

I was making the "house wine of the south" this morning (Sweet Iced Tea) and while boiling the water, I heard some crackling uinderneath the burner. By the time I came over to the stove, there was a fire!!!!! Here's my bitch: How could I be so stupid not to handle it first thing, and how come I don't keep baking soda close to the f'ing stove? And finally why in the most desperate moment, did I choose to put WATER on the fire making an explosion? I feel like an idiot!

*note to self and anyone else who reads this:*

If there's smoke coming from the burner on yopur stove while cooking, STOP cooking and deal with the reason.

Keep baking soda near the stove for purposes of putting out potential fires.

DO NOT use water to put out the fire! This causes an explosion!

On the fire issue, I wasn't hurt, there was no damage, thank God, but it did warrant me to grab a coupla xanax and popppem. I learned a tough and dangerous lesson, but am grateful no one was hurt and my kitchen didn't catch on fire.

Groove baby, thanks hunny. There was some grease underneath the burner that I wasn't aware of. Evidently I didn't get the lil plate under the burner clean from making spaghetti the night before. Plus I wasn't totally awake, so I just started cooking without checking it.

I made the house-wine for Capt. Sunshine. I don't drink tea, unless it's hot.
