Combining the two ropes below the centre knot, we will make another knot which when slid and tightened should end directly beneath the centre knot between the breasts, touching the lower side of the breast knot.

Make another knot halfway between the breast knot and the waist rope, and then loop the rope under the waist rope.

Separate the ropes once again.

Take each rope to it's respective side, looping it under the waist rope, threading then to the two top ropes, looping through and passing back down to the centre rope.

Take each side rope in turn and passing it toward the centre vertical rope, thread them each between the double rope, in the section between the first and second knots, reasting on top of the second knot, then pull each back out toward side, threading under it and bringing once again back to centre vertical rope, this time below the second knot, and thread through between two ropes.

Take the end of each rope and pull outward from the centre. This should create 2 diamonds across the midriff.

Weave both ropes around the waist rope to secure until you reach the centre back.

Weave up through two upper horizontal ropes to create a pyramid effect, and then down again. Take the ropes and thread them through the centre rope as you did in the front, seperating them so when pulled you create another diamond on the lower back. Weave the remaining rope through the waist rope to secure and admire the finished product.

This may be a good way to keep a bored sub occupied. I am sure after sitting in her newly designed gift from you for a couple of hours, she will be far from bored.

So you are wondering what advantage this harness has except for making a sub feel very special and çomfortable'? Well it is handy to use in attaching to various places, not to mention the perfect way to pick up a sub neatly and with little effort!! And if your sub is not paying you the attention you crave, a slight pull on one of the centre ropes will make her much more attentive.

You 2 are evil......Would I trust you enough to leave me in one piece is the question?......I had severe fears last night I was being sliced vertically in half as he made me sit in that thing for hours helping him post all this lesson....hopefully the bra will not be quite so demanding of my attention!!!

In the next lesson I will show a different way of creating the diamonds. I like big knots on flesh but there is a way to make a knot that does not show as much. Of course, the harness we made in the lesson was for the trunk of the body, but this can also be added to, to include arms and legs. There are a variety of ways of constructing the harness, dependent on taste etc. Also to make the harness in the lesson I used a rope of 20 yards/metres which is good to work with though a little messy at first until you use some of the length. You can also use shorter lengths, joining in aditional ropes where needed to complete the full harness.

It is worth noting that we use primarily cotton rope due to Catalina's allergies, as well as it's ease to work with and softer feel. Nylon rope is not a real good choice. Apart from allergy risks, it also creates much heavier rope burn, much easier. Placing a hand between the rope and your sub's skin is always a good idea to avoid rope burn with any type rope, but sometimes you may want to warm them just a little. Different coloured ropes can also be colour co-ordinated to increase the artistic and visual effects.
