It's Monday morning, I'm hungover, and I haven't had enough beauty sleep, but I've dug up a few more photos from my hard drive for you all. :) Too bad I wasn't allowed to take the camera with me to the strip club last night.

Hope the work week has started off well for you.

What a body Tara...

Tara,

Again, if you're looking for deeper discussions than "Man, your pics are hot", then the General Board may suit you.

If you want lots of people to oggle over your fantastic body, then you're in the right place.

:D

And thank you for the suggestion. :) I have popped into the general boards just a bit, probably following an earlier suggestion of yours, and am hoping for more time to browse around the topics. For now, I've just added a bit to the legalizing marijuana discussion. ;)

I'm new to Literotica, so please be gentle with me and my inner exhibitionist that is only now making herself known. I think I'm gonna like it around here. Everyone seems so "friendly."

I've only recently begun to introduce my digital camera to new areas of photography...and am braving handing over the control to follow someone else's direction. I'd love your feedback. I may just be pairing erotic photography with my erotic writing more in the future.

I'm always playing online in my little playground. Please let me know what you think of the pics.

It's a pleasure to meet all of you!

Update: Be sure to scroll down for more pictures I'd love to share with you...just as often as I can score the time with a willing photographer. :) There are always just a few more at my author's website.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome!!

And you have a hard time finding a photographer?!?!?!?

What was your 2 cents?

Well, I don't like to put a price on thoughts. ;)

But my opinion is along the lines of the individual having the right to choose what he intakes, uses for medicinal or mind-expanding purposes, etc. as long as he doesn't harm or endanger others. Really, we're just not given as much real freedom as we supposedly have. We should be able to choose what's right and wrong for ourselves.

Now, that shows true attention paid to this thread! ;) I'll look forward to that non-political discussion.

I think I may have just as much trouble with my avatar or, more than likely, settle for changing it often. :)

But right now, you need one, ns!

Good evening Tara (well it is evening in Australia, no idea what time it is in your part of the woods).

Have you got any suggestions for the avatar? I haven't taken many photos of myself at this stage (nothing wrong with my appearance, just being a bit lazy I suppose), and would prefer something humorous. Hmmm, will have to think about it.

Non-political hey. In Australia at the moment there is a strong discussion around private liberties vs security (as there probably is everywhere in the world). The latest suggestion is the right of transport workers and/or police to inspect ANYONE's bag/belongings on boarding transport? What do you think (I may have made my feelings obvious, but will give you more upon your response.)

Just got to say again (we are in the Pic Feedback thread), that you have a great body, but I would love to see a closeup of your eyes - don't need to show your whole face if you don't want to.

- Can't believe I'm already changing this post (3 minutes after sending). I just had a very quick look at your website and what is the first thing - a look at your super sexy eyes! Fantastic... I'm drooling with anticipation to go back and have a better look at your site. Have you designed it yourself?

Love,
ns

bodies and minds

Drug use and abuse is always an interesting, if not contentious, topic. There was recently a rather compelling report on NPR about an ex-under-cover narcotics cop who, after something like 15 years, was so disgusted with the duplicity and failure, that he quit his gig. He was saying that the war on drugs is a complete and utter failure. Despite all the effort spent on 'catching the bad guys,' (the dealers, distributors, and manufactures) no serious effort has been made to reduce demand.

I live in California, and Mexican pot is available just as it always has been. Homeland security has, in no way shape or form stemmed the tide. I don't see crack heads and coke snorters taking to the streets in search of supplies. Interdiction has always failed and will continue to fail as long as people want the drugs.

So, if interdiction fails, then what? Education? Sure, we can start at a very early age, teaching kids about the perils of drugs. I know that it prevented me from using them for a good long time. Until High School, at least. Are scare tactics what we want to equip our children with? Are those the most effective tools for them to use? I don't think so. I think that kids need a more profound education, one that helps them to understand both the limitations and capabilities of their minds and bodies. I believe that deep relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, positive aphorisms, etc could be taught to really young kids. (I learned self-hypnosis when I was 6 or 7, from my dad) When kids understand the real power of their minds, they can release it for fun and/or prophet without the use of drugs.

Education does not simply replace interdiction. Full legalization, to me, seems like the only civilized path. Some people risk their lives, and the lives of their loved ones, for a fix. For want of a clean needle, people become infected and die every day. A huge majority of crime in the US is drug related. If we removed all the financial incentives for criminals, they'd all have to get jobs sweeping up.

I'm not the first to expound on these ideas. They've been around for years. My question is: Why, then, if these ideas clearly make sense (and they do) have they not been implemented?

xoxo

Australia....well, depending on what timezone you're in, you're probably about 16 hours AHEAD of my day. ;)

How about an avatar showing your favorite rude gesture? Or one large eyeball? That'll get everyone laughing and recognizing your posts right away. ;)

You know, I'd love to agree that we should all have as much privacy as possible, yet it's also our govt's responsibility to protect us and how else can they if not permitted to look right in the bag? Is there another way to ensure certain items aren't carried where they can do harm to masses of people? Longer lines to get on the train...everyone can adjust to that just like rush hour traffic in your cars. And as far as carrying around your other illegal items you DON'T intend to hurt others with, you'll just have to get more creative. I guess my opinion is that public safety should come before one of the facets of our privacy, but I'll be all ears if someone has another solution for ensuring what happened in London can't happen again. As it is, I've gotten over my sense of privacy and shyness when it comes to airports, knowing the weird looking dude checking bags is ALWAYS going to select me, empty the contents of everything I'm carrying for all to see, and make me practically do a little dance before him to check my self. Whatever gets his rocks off; can't let it bug me. :)

Well, I knew I could dig up a pic of the eyes for you, glad you found one to satisfy you much sooner. :) Yes, my site's all my doing...I'm more than a bit of a tech-head. ;) I do a little web design for GOOD now rather than evil as I like to refer my stint in the corporate world behind a desk. ;)

GOOD MORNING, ALL!

Hey there, purdy lady.

How are you today?

Wunderbar! Is that how you spell it?? Can't remember my German very well.

Lovely to see everyone!

Gotta go eat the pancakes I just whipped up. ;)

*shrug* Don't know about German, but there's stuff I'd rather whip than pancake batter.

;)

They do sound good, however.

I'm in Trouble Now!

Ooooh....the general boards are a lot of fun! A great place to add a little wisdom and perspective on nearly everything. I think I now have my own planted on most of the topics...looking forward to the backlash. ;)

And it looks like I need to choose an avatar now! Yay!!!!!!
