Question about "too young" in lit stories

OK, I'm probably over-thinking this now, but if I made them both at least 18, and aged the classmate am I OK? Is no aging allowed? Or only if you're aging a minor?

Are you guys sick of me yet? Oh, and by the way,
1) Why is the sky blue?
2) Why do zebras have stripes?
3) Is a rainbow ever any other colors?
4) How do satelites work?
5) Why's that dog giving that other dog a piggy back ride?

I think that's all for now! Hehe...

I just meant, the character imagining that the characters were older and then having sexual fantasies about them. This would only apply to under aged characters. the point is that you can't 'age' characters to get around the 18 rule, and if it looks like that is what you are doing, you will be- shot down!

Thanks so much for the clarification! That's what I figured, but I just wanted to double check!

'Cos blue light gets scattered more, 'cos it has a shorter wavelength than red (which gets straight through better - look at the sun or moon very early or late and you'll see the red coming straight through).
2) Why do zebras have stripes?
Camouflage
3) Is a rainbow ever any other colors?
No. It's always all colours (including some you can't see).
4) How do satelites work?
Tie a bucket on a rope and swing it round. Satellites are just the same, except that they use gravity instead of a rope. Both keep 'falling' into the middle, but because they're going so fast, they miss - and just keep on 'falling' round and round and round and round... (Just don't let go of the rope! :D )
5) Why's that dog giving that other dog a piggy back ride?
Well, if it's my two (twin brothers), I don't know. (And they don't always know which end to jump!) At 17 weeks old I didn't know why either!

Don't ask if ya don't want an answer!

Eff :D

Thanks Eff. I'm going to save your message and pull it out anytime my three kids needs those particular questions answered, again!

Hehe, that was my best laugh of the day. Thanks again.

Yay! The new story is up! And with exactly one vote so far, it has a score of 5.00!

Gym Class Secret

Here's the link if you want to check it out. Thanks again for everyone's help!

Edited to clean it up a little...I'm still so new to all of this!

logophile,

I enjoyed reading these posts, and it's nice to see someone else who loves words, but your link's been hijacked! Took me to a W3C page about URIs. You might want to notify Laurel.

I'll see if I can reach the target by an alternative route.

Good morning/afternoon, Alex.

Logo's links (sounds like a very in-te-resting toy) are a strange deal. As you said, the one in the text goes to never-never land, but the one on her sig line works fine.

Are you going to enter the winter writing contest?

Thanks for letting me know Rumple and Alex. I'll try to fix it, although I'm not sure how to do that since I don't understand all of this black magic anyway! I followed the directions left by Rumple for adding my stories in my sig line. Is it different if you're making a link in the body of a message?

Thanks again!

And yes, I'm working on my holiday story right now...

Edited to say... I took all the code out and started over in the other email and it seems to be working fine from here. Let me know if it's still broken for anyone else...

Both links are working fine now, Logo. You've now matched my level of expertise with Lit formatting. Congratulations. :)
