My son and his mates do a fantasy football thing and the bottom of the table each week has to do a forfeit.

The other week they had to eat Scandinavian fermented herring which caused much sickness just from the smell.

Unfortunately I can only lay on my right side but I do have a heat pad in my back and some pillows for support. Oh and morphine. Morphine helps.

I'm just exhausted more than anything now though. Yeah I'm still coughing and sneezing etc but it's the tiredness that's the worst.
