Real Boobs? Or Just Big?

While my preference is for real (and big) - at the end of the day the most important thing is that the woman is happy with herself. If that requires a change, then so be it. Since the Brain is the sexiest part of a woman, (breasts a close 2nd) then do what is necessary to know you are sexy. (Of course, there is going too far. Dolly Parton used to be attractive, now she is scary.)

I had no idea so many guys preferred real to fake. Really wish I'd known this back when all the guys I liked ignored me for those with fake tits...

No that doesn't mean I've gotten mine done or plan to. If I had that kind of money, believe me I'd have better uses for it. :D
