I perfer real ones... all shapes and sizes.

However, the only way I am ok with the fake ones, is that a friend of mine had to have about half of her breast removed because of a mass. It was not cancer, but it still left her with a misshaped breast. So she ended up having them redone and yes they felt funny, but it was still her and it made her happy and feel better about herself.

But to have them done just to see if you can get huge breasts... no thanks...

so sometiems fakes a good, but ones for vanity are not...

Two months ago, I would have said "real" with no equivocation. But my wife, who was small and apparently always worried about her size (despite my constant reassurances), took the plunge, on her own and for herself, to get enhancements. She went from an "A" to a large "C." She LOVES them. As a result, she is more self-assured, and feels sexier. That is better for me! And, to tell the truth, the job was excellent. I think she looks great (although she looked great before too).

So, that is a long-winded way of saying my new answer "Either way -- as long as she is happy -- I'm happy!"

Speaking only of the breasts, on the larger side is nice... and REAL wins over FAKE any day. The mile wide cleavage, the round ice cream scoop (or basketball) shape is nothing compared with the gentle slope of beautiful natural breasts.

The reality is that unless you're in a topless joint, it is the person that matters most. Big breasts are nice.... big BOOBS are not.
