Rescue Me (Closed)

Erin wrinkled her nose at the idea of another guard being with her. But realistically she knew Gary coldnt stay 24/7.

"Can I lay outside with a book? Is it supposed to be warm out today?" she asked. She figured since there was a river there had to be a bathing suit around there somewhere.

'sorry not outside - too exposed. I'll check in now' helooked ather shirt smiling as it clung to her, 'sorry I got you wet'

he reached for the phone anddialled....

Erin sighed, her hopes deflated. "I hate this" she muttered under her breath. The only good thing about the situation was Gary. "Its ok I need to shower soon anyway" she said giving him a small smile.

He picked up the phone and dialed as she took her mug and placed it in the sink. She hated being stuck inside; she was definitely an outdoors person. As Gary talked she fiddled in the kitchen, tidying up things that didn't need tidying.

he talked -the situation was bad outside, the press were going wild, the embassy was ruined and the diplomats going crazy. To make things worse two guyshadn't checked in and one was supposed to relieve Gary - not that he wanted to go.

trust - that was the issue now. He walked back to the bedroom to dress.

Eri didn't know what was up really, but she had heard Gary's terse replies and had a feeling it wasn't good. He walked out to get dressed and she sank down into a chair, pulling her knees up to her chest and wrapping her arms around them. She sat there, staring outside in frustration. She wasn't one to mope or complain but damn this sucked. And Gary was leaving. That sucked ten times worse.

he look at Erin 'hey relax, I'll only be gone a while' when he was ready he moved to her and kissed her 'an hour tops...'

then he left for the kitchen. 5 minutes later the door went, Gary answered and his replacement Arnold came into the kitchen to drink coffee

Erin kissed Gary back and nodded. At least it was only an hour. She hopped up and went to shower quickly. She was just coming out again, hair wet around her shoulders, in a pair of shorts and a tshirt, when the new guard arrived. Erin greeted him with a smile and offered him a cup of coffee. Gary made his exit then, Erin finding it hard to act as if nothing was out of normal.

Erin felt unsettled, more exposed, without Gary around. Then she felt silly. Surely this Arnold was a good guard too, or Gary wouldn't have left her with him, right?

Arnold busied himself in the kitchen, smiling to Erin and staying professional. When he felt her relax he called to her from the lounge

Erin heard Arnold call from the lounge and walked in there. "Hey what's up?" she asked, sitting down on the couch, her legs crossed underneath of her.

he sat next to her 'I'm sorry but this isn't going to work.' he pressed thegun in her side 'now you need to strip, I'm getting paid well for this'

he leaned in and sniffed her - 'shame - but some fun is OK' he grinned

Erin stiffened when Arnold sat close to her, but then her body went rigid when she felt the gun pressed to her side.

"S-strip?" she stuttered as her body begin to tremble. "Whatre you talking about? You are an agent, you're supposed to be protecting me, right??" Her voice rose in pitch some from fear. Stall. She knew she had to stall.

The whole time her mind was screaming for Gary to come, but she knew he was already gone.

'yes strip - what are you deaf?' he dragged her up 'show me everything you whore, that fucking goody two shoes is out of the way'

he waved the gun and shouted 'strip!'

Erin bit her lip to keep from crying out as he yanked her to her feet. Her hands were trembling and she fought to keep them in control. She didn't want to show this man any weakness. One hour. Gary had said he'd be gone an hour. Could she hold this man off for that long?

"Why are you doing this?" she asked, taking a step backwards, knowing that there was a lamp there that she may be able to use to defend herself.

Erin retreated a step again. Her hands trembled as she reached for the hem of her shirt. She lifted it up and over her head as slowly as she dared, leaving her standing there in a her bra and denim shorts.

"Who are you working for? Those government guys who I saw murder someone? They killed those people in cold blood! How could you work for THEM! I thought you were supposed to be one of the good guys, helping people and stuff", her voice broke on the last word.

'dont be stupid' he spat 'there are no good guys. Money talks nowadays and if there's fun to be had its a bonus. Now the shorts.'

he waved the gun at her and pulled a set of hand restraints out of his pocket. 'think I'll use these' he grinned

Erin's breath was growing a bit ragged from fear as she slowly undid her shorts. She had to think of a way to stall this man. She slid her shorts down her toned legs, and then pretended to get them hooked on her feet, stumbling a bit.

"Shit" she muttered quietly. "So you never answered me, are you working for those murderers? I mean if you are gonna kill me, you might as well tell me. Whatll it hurt?"

'yes I'm working for them, did you think this would end nicely?' He moved closer 'now get those fucking clothes off and face the wall!' He screamed at her, waving the gun

Erin trembled slightly but turn to the face the wall. Her hands shook as she reached back to unclasp the bra, leaving her breasts completely free of clothing. At least her back is to the man for now. She tosses the bra on the floor and then hesitantly reaches for her panties.

"Gary's gonna be back any minute. He'll know that you did this" she says.

Arnold moved up close - grabbing Erins hands and putting the restraints on - her hands held behind her back. 'you wish' he hissed 'Gary is dead by now, and I'l get a wound that will keep me nice and safe. The boys will comfort me after learning that you and I had become involved and that Gary burst in on us as we made love'

he laughed, then gurgled, a wet noise......

"D-dead?" Erin managed to gasp. Her face had turned colorless, and her stomach began to roll. Nothing else the man said was making sense. Gary was dead? No way. Erin felt the edges of her vision dim but shook it off. She had to fight, No way was Gary dead.

"He can't be" she whispered.

a hand was on her arm and a mouth near er ear 'ssshhhh'. She was dragged down and behind the couch, then Gary kissed her, 'thank god!' he pulled her close 'they were waiting' he cut the restraints 'crawl to the bedroom, get some clothes in a bag,we're leaving'

Erin fought at first, not sure who had a hold of her but then she heard Gary's voice. Tears began to stream down her face but she ignored them.

"Bedroom, right" she whispered.

She hurriedly crawled towards the bedroom and then flew through, grabbing both her's and Gary's things and packing them up. She hesitated after that. Now what?

Gary appreared, wiping a knife on a cloth, the red stain obvious. He threw it into the kitchen and grabbed two large bags. 'come on, lets go.' he ran to the garage door and paused, listening, then went through and opened the door of a 4x4. He tossed in the bags and turned 'get in and stay low' then he opened the doors and climbed into the drivers side.

He drove off fast but not fast enough to attract attention. 'are you ok?' he whispered

Erin closed her eyes when she saw the knife, fighting back nausea. She followed Gary closely and then got down in the floor of the 4x4.

"I-i don't know" she whispered but then nodded. "He didn't hurt me". Her voice cracked with fear. "He said you were dead" she whispered.
